All-out chaos descended upon the Democrat Party’s Iowa caucuses on Monday night, as there were numerous reported technical difficulties and the party declared that it had found “inconsistencies in reporting.”

“We found inconsistencies in the reporting of three sets of results,” the Democratic National Committee said in a statement. “In addition to the tech systems being used to tabulate results, we are also using photos of results and a paper trail to validate that all results match and ensure that we have confidence and accuracy in the numbers we report. This is simply a reporting issue, the app did not go down and this is not a hack or an intrusion. The underlying data and paper trail is sound and will simply take time to further report the results.”

President Donald Trump responded to the madness by writing on Twitter: “Big WIN for us in Iowa tonight. Thank you!”

Skepticism about the nature of what was going on at the caucuses gained steam on social media from notable figures across the political spectrum. It is worth noting that no evidence has yet surfaced to suggest anything nefarious happened.

Federalist co-founder Sean Davis wrote: “Unable to steal the votes necessary to oust Bernie Sanders from the race, Democrat party leaders in Iowa have apparently just decided to not announce the non-Biden winner in time for it to matter. You almost have to admire the chutzpah.”

Fox News contributor Guy Benson tweeted: “Getting texts and DM’s from friends from across the spectrum. LOTS of cross-ideological skepticism about what’s *really* happening here. A total mess.”

Leftist Peter Daou tweeted: “IF… #Bernie doesn’t win, there will be a massive outcry that the #IACaucus was rigged. IF… #Bernie wins, he was denied a major prime time #Iowa victory speech. Unbelievable and outrageous.”

Federalist co-founder Ben Domenech tweeted: “Bernie Sanders won. They crushed the results to step on his victory. Right? That’s gotta be it.”

Politico reporter Marc Caputo tweeted: “Bernie Sanders couldve trafficked in conspiracy theories in his Caucus Night speech. He couldve said how suspicious it was for the vote tallies to not be posted. He could’ve said the spiking of the Iowa Poll was unfair to him. But he didn’t. And that’s to his credit.”

Josh Jordan tweeted: “The DNC when the results starting flowing in that Bernie was taking the #IowaCaucuses with ease.”

Scott Adams tweeted: “Sheesh, how long does it take to rig a vote against Bernie?”
