The radical leftists at California State University Los Angeles, unsatisfied with causing a near-riot on February 25 when Daily Wire Editor-in-Chief Ben Shapiro spoke on the campus, have turned their hatred on the school’s Young Americans for Freedom (YAF) chapter for inviting Christina Hoff Sommers to speak this fall.

Sommers is scheduled to speak on October 4; her speech is titled, "Where Feminism Went Wrong.”

One leftist, Alejandra Rodriguez, wrote, “YAF is a registered hate group. idk why the f*** they’re allowed on campus.” Another example, Alfredo Gama, “It’s poc (people of color) yearning for white privilege.” A third voice, P.m. Beers: “let me know if people just want to shut this sh*t down. I’m just down the street.”

Despite the rampant vitriolic rhetoric of leftists about the Sommers event, CSULA YAF’s chapter chair Mark Kahanding fired back, “Bring it on.”

The incident in February with Shapiro prompted Kahanding, Young America’s Foundation and Kahanding to file suit against William Covino, the university president, various administrators, and two professors who repeatedly targeted the YAF chapter, for violating their First and Fourteenth Amendment rights.

Sommers, who earned a PhD in philosophy from Brandeis University in 1979, is the author of Who Stole Feminism (1994) and The War Against Boys (2000). She is also the W.H Brady fellow at the American Enterprise Institute.
