Kentucky substitute teacher and tutor Kasey Warren, 27, has been charged with three counts of sodomy in the third degree and three counts of rape in the third degree after allegedly having sex with two 16-year-old male students, reports The Sun.
Working as a tutor for Carlisle County Schools District, Warren allegedly attacked the two unidentified teenage boys at the end of this past school year; the first boy reportedly being raped in early June, and the second a mere two weeks later. Law enforcement received a formal report of the sexual assaults on June 28.
According to police, Warren met her victims while working in the district, though the name of the school the boys attended has not been disclosed. The attacks took place in McCracken County, say police.
Warren was indicted by a grand jury on Friday and turned herself over to the police on Monday, where she will be held pending further investigation of the case.
Per Kentucky State Police, "Warren is no longer employed in Carlisle County or anywhere else in the state," notes The Sun.
Warren will appear in court on September 15.
