On Monday, former Trump campaign aide Sam Nunberg had a meltdown during multiple media interviews, accusing other members of the Trump campaign of colluding with the Russians and claiming that then-candidate Donald Trump may have done something during the campaign.
Nunberg called into MSNBC to answer questions from host Katy Tur after he reportedly said that he would not appear in front of Special Counsel Robert Mueller's grand jury, saying, "Let him arrest me."
"I want to hear directly from you," Tur said. "Do you think that they have something on the president?"
Sam Nunberg replied, "I think they may. I think that he may have done something during the election, but I don't know that for sure."
Nunberg then called into CNN to speak with host Jake Tapper where he reiterated his statements, saying, “They know something on [Donald Trump] … I don’t know what it is, and perhaps I’m wrong, but he did something.”
Nunberg then called into CNN again, speaking with CNN's Gloria Borger, telling her "screw that," when referring to whether he would appear in front of Mueller's grand jury.
Nunberg again echoed his previous statement, saying, “I suspect that they suspect something about him.”
Nunberg made his feelings about Trump known, saying, “I’m not a Donald Trump fan. … He treated me like crap.”
