Radio host and author Glenn Beck has ripped into former GOP vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin for endorsing real estate mogul Donald Trump.

In a Facebook post, Beck wrote:

Small Government, lower taxes, fewer regulations and the constitution?

Not any more.

Big government, bailouts, executive orders, not just abortion but partial birth abortion, nationalizing of banks, stimulus, pathway to citizenship.

All of these views were held by Donald Trump during this administration. Pathway to citizenship in 2013. Some as recently as last year.

What was the massive pivot point to make him change so fundamentally?

When Sarah and the tea party won a hard fought election and were under attack in 2010, DJT was giving money to Pelosi, Reid and Rahm.

I couldn't disagree with her more but she has played the game now for years. Perhaps she knows more than those of us still on the outside.

Maybe the press was right about her but for all of the wrong reasons.

Beck has been virulently opposed to Trump's candidacy since the day of his announcement speech. On his Jan. 15 show, Beck said that Trump would be a "monster much, much worse than anything that Barack Obama could have dreamt."

The radio host was also critical of Palin in September for praising Trump, calling her a "clown."

"I’m embarrassed that I was once for Sarah Palin. Honestly, I’m embarrassed…" Beck said. "I don’t know who she is any more, I don’t know what she stands for. I saw a clip of her talking to Donald Trump. What the hell is that? I don’t even know who she is any more."

"Maybe the press was right about her but for all of the wrong reasons."

Beck later apologized for using the word "clown."
