Feminists want you to ignore the religious meaning of your Christmas tree topper and make it about Hillary! Even though it’s been more than a year since her historic and unexpected loss to President Trump, some feminists are still pushing the narrative that Hillary is their end-all, be-all.
On Tuesday, Mashable released a video featuring a company that is known for making Christmas tree toppers of whom they deem to be “inspiring” women. They featured Hillary Clinton, Beyonce Knowles and Serena Williams. They also make holiday cards with Adele and former First Lady Michelle Obama.
If you’re interested in the leftist-only women topping your family’s Christmas tree this season it will put you back $107.
The cofounders of the UK-based non-profit, Women to Look Up To, partnered with a London company to make the images of the three feminist icons featuring angel wings, glitter and all-white outfits. On their website they glowingly refer to Hillary Clinton as, “the first woman to achieve a major party nomination for President of the United States,” and laud her for being a “strong believer in role models.” The organization credits Beyonce for not only her music success but for being a “leader of #BlackLivesMatter and active supporter of Obama and Clinton’s Presidential Campaigns.” They also told Mashable they thought that the historic angel on top of the tree was dated and irrelevant.
I guess they did not realize that the angel atop they tree they think is outdated is a representation of the angel who told shepherds about Jesus. Or, maybe they did and just don’t care. No word yet on whether or not they plan on blaspheming the Christmas tree topper star that represents the Wise Men saw that led them to Jesus.
I’ll be waiting to see if they ever make Christmas tree toppers out of Condi Rice, Carly Fiorina, or Margaret Thatcher…
