Vice President JD Vance said Monday that the U.S. military has “much greater capacity” to destroy Iran&#8217;s nuclear program if necessary. 
Speaking with Fox News host Jesse Watters, Vance said that President Donald Trump would take every necessary action to ensure that Iran could not get a nuclear weapon. He said that the operation launched in June 2025 to take out multiple Iranian nuclear facilities damaged its ability to build nuclear weapons in the short term, but that the president wanted to block Iran&#8217;s capability for the long term. 
“We have a lot of capacity here,” Vance said. “Obviously, I&#8217;m not going to reveal classified information here on air, but the President of the United States knows what we&#8217;re able to do. He knows that we have much greater capacity to inflict damage on the Iranian nuclear program.”
“So I think the president has made it very clear that the United States has a lot of optionality here,” Vance added. 
Trump has estimated the operation could last four to five weeks, but has said it could continue longer to permanently eliminate Iran’s capacity to have a nuclear weapon. 
“We could go for a little bit longer, we could go for a lot longer, but I think the president just wants to make it clear to the Iranians and to the world that he is not going to rest until he accomplishes that all-important objective of ensuring that Iran can&#8217;t have a nuclear weapon,” he said. 
Vance, a former Marine who fought in Iraq, has been critical of previous American interventions in the Middle East. Watters asked whether the conflict with Iran could turn into another Iraq or Afghanistan. 
“There&#8217;s just no way that Donald Trump is gonna allow this country to get into a multi-year conflict with no clear end in sight and no clear objective.  What is different about President Trump, and it&#8217;s frankly different about both Republicans and Democrats of the past, is that he&#8217;s not going to let this country go to war unless there&#8217;s a clearly defined objective,” Vance said. “He&#8217;s defined that objective as Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon and has to commit long-term to never trying to rebuild the nuclear capability.”

Erika Kirk made several revelations during an as-yet-unaired interview with Fox News host Jesse Watters, as the previews have shown.
The widow of Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk, who was assassinated during a campus event in November, said she would like to have cameras in the courtroom during the murder trial of accused killer Tyler Robinson.
“There were cameras all over my husband when he was murdered,” Kirk told Watters in the promo clip. “There have been cameras all over my friends and family mourning. There have been cameras all over me, analyzing my every move, analyzing my every smile, my every tear.”

“We deserve to have cameras in there,” the grieving widow added.
“Why not be transparent?” she added. “There’s nothing to hide. I know there’s not, because I’ve seen what the case is built on.”
Robinson was charged with aggravated murder and six other counts after turning himself in to police after the shooting. Prosecutors will be seeking the death penalty in this case.
“Let everyone see what true evil is,” Kirk told Watters. “This is something that could impact a generation and generations to come.”
During the same interview, the new head of Turning Point USA also said that the broadcasting company Sinclair had reached out to her asking if she’d like an apology from late night host Jimmy Kimmel after he made comments indicating that Tyler may be associated with “MAGA.” Kimmel’s show was suspended for a few days after, leading to national outcry from liberals.
“Jimmy Kimmel lied about your husband’s murder and didn’t really apologize, what would you say to Jimmy Kimmel?” Watters asked Kirk.
“Same thing I told Sinclair,” Kirk responded. “They asked, I haven’t really told anybody this, so they asked, ‘do you want Jimmy to give you an apology? Do you want to be on a show? How can we make it right?’ Through our team, I responded, I said, tell them thank you, we received their note.”
“This is not our issue, not our mess,” she added. “If you want to say I’m sorry to someone who’s grieving, go right ahead. But if that’s not in your heart, don’t do it. I don’t want it. I don’t need it.”
The interview will air in full tomorrow night on &#8220;Jesse Watters Primetime&#8221; at 8 PM/ET.

He went on to describe the different strategies currently being implemented on the Right — strategies developed in part because the Left has long had a stranglehold on legacy media outlets in the United States.
&#8220;What you’re seeing on the Right is asymmetrical. It’s like grassroots guerrilla warfare. Someone says something on social media, Musk retweets it, Rogan podcasts it, Fox broadcasts it. And by the time it reaches everybody, millions of people have seen it. It’s free money. And we’re actually talking about expressing information. They are suppressing information,&#8221; Watters continued.
Murphy responded to the Fox News host in an X post, conceding that his assessment was correct and arguing that Democrats needed to find a way to break out of their old habits if they wanted to win.
&#8220;This is true. And until the left builds an infrastructure to confront this reality — and stops acting like political communication is still just buying millions of TV and digital ads every two years — we are cooked,&#8221; he said.

Former President Donald Trump said during an interview this week that airstrikes against Mexican drug cartels are &#8220;absolutely&#8221; on the table if Mexico does not rapidly put an end to the fentanyl pouring into the U.S.
Trump made the remarks during an interview with Fox News host Jesse Watters broadcast on Tuesday after being asked if he would still follow through on the idea pushed by Republicans during the presidential primaries.
&#8220;Absolutely,&#8221; Trump said. &#8220;Mexico is going to have to straighten it out really fast or the answer is, absolutely. They&#8217;re killing 300,000 people a year with fentanyl coming in.&#8221;
The former president highlighted China&#8217;s role in the fentanyl epidemic, saying that all of the precursors to make the drug come to Mexico directly from Chinese manufacturers.
&#8220;And China, by the way, will do what they have to do,&#8221; he said. &#8220;They&#8217;re gonna do it just like I had to deal with President Xi. But then Biden never took it over, that we&#8217;re gonna give the death penalty to anybody sending fentanyl our way. And that was part of my negotiation. They never did it because nobody forced it on our side.&#8221;
&#8220;Death penalty for drug dealers, death penalty for people that send fentanyl into our country,&#8221; he continued. &#8220;And that would have made a big difference. But you know what happened? Nothing because when Biden came in, nothing happened. And I don&#8217;t know why he&#8217;s so soft on China, but boy is soft on China.&#8221;
He added that Mexico will be given &#8220;a very short period of time&#8221; to control the situation, or they will face consequences from the U.S.

Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump revealed more details about his phone call with President Joe Biden after the attempt on Trump&#8217;s life during a campaign rally in Butler County, Pennsylvania, earlier this month.
Trump and his running mate, Sen. JD Vance (R-OH), sat down with <a href="https://www.foxnews.com/video/6358900508112" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Fox News</a> host Jesse Watters for an <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/secret-service-director-resigns-amid-uproar-over-trump-assassination-attempt?topStoryPosition=1" target="_blank" rel="noopener">interview</a> that aired on Monday, and Trump told Watters that he had a &#8220;nice conversation&#8221; with the 81-year-old president after the shooting.
“He said, ‘You’re lucky you turned to the right,’” Trump said of his chat with Biden.
Last week, Biden <a href="https://www.foxnews.com/politics/biden-reveals-what-he-said-trump-phone-call-assassination-attempt" target="_blank" rel="noopener">told</a> NBC News&#8217; Lester Holt that he had a &#8220;very cordial&#8221; conversation with Trump after the assassination attempt.
&#8220;I told him how concerned I was and wanted to make sure I knew how he was actually doing,&#8221; Biden said. &#8220;He sounded good. He said he was fine, and he thanked me for calling.&#8221;
&#8220;I told him he was literally in the prayers of Jill and me, and his whole family was weathering this,&#8221; the president added.
Trump was shot in the right ear after he slightly turned his head to look at a chart on illegal immigration statistics. Analysis of the shooting and the path of the bullet has shown if Trump had not moved his head at that moment, the bullet would have likely hit his brain.
The 20-year-old shooter gained access to a roof fewer than 150 yards away from the stage at Trump&#8217;s Pennsylvania rally on July 13 and was spotted by Secret Service snipers 20 minutes before he fired upon the former president, according to law enforcement officials. While Trump expressed his gratitude to the Secret Service agents who rushed to his aid on the stage after he went down, he questioned how the gunman successfully got multiple shots off at such a close distance.
In a <a href="https://truthsocial.com/@realDonaldTrump/posts/112836289155893843" target="_blank" rel="noopener">post</a> on Truth Social on Tuesday morning, Trump blasted the White House over the assassination attempt, writing, &#8220;The Biden/Harris Administration did not properly protect me, and I was forced to take a bullet for Democracy. IT WAS MY GREAT HONOR TO DO SO!&#8221;
Trump also told the Fox News host that Secret Service agents wanted to put him on a stretcher after he had been shot, but he told them that he was fine to stand up and walk on his own.
“They had a stretcher, and they wanted to put me on a stretcher,&#8221; Trump <a href="https://www.wionews.com/world/after-trump-was-shot-he-argued-with-secret-service-agents-about-being-put-on-stretcher-743415" target="_blank" rel="noopener">said</a>. &#8220;And I said, ‘I’m not going on a stretcher.'&#8221;
“I said, ‘I’m telling you, I’m OK. I’m fine. I’m going to get up. I want to get up. I’m not going to be taken out on a stretcher,’” he added.
Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle was grilled by Congress on Monday over her agency&#8217;s failure to prevent the assassination attempt on Trump. During the hearing, Republicans and Democrats urged her to resign, and she <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/secret-service-director-resigns-amid-uproar-over-trump-assassination-attempt?topStoryPosition=1" target="_blank" rel="noopener">announced</a> on Tuesday that she would step down from her position.
“Somebody should’ve made sure there was nobody on that roof. That roof was a dead aim right onto the stage,” Trump told Watters. “And they said they didn’t have the manpower for it, which is crazy. A hundred thirty yards is like sinking a one-foot putt. It’s considered really close.”
“You have to answer: why couldn’t I have stayed off the stage for five minutes while they do their work?&#8221; he added. &#8220;Why couldn’t, you know, how does a situation happen where a roof that’s plainly in sight from the location where I was speaking … why would somebody not have seen that?”

Trump also told the Fox News host that Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle, who <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/secret-service-director-resigns-amid-uproar-over-trump-assassination-attempt">resigned on Tuesday morning</a>, came to see him after the assassination attempt. The former president said his meeting with Cheatle &#8220;went very nicely,&#8221; adding that he believes she was given &#8220;false information&#8221; about the slope of the roof the shooter was perched on. Cheatle said last week that the roof&#8217;s slope presented a safety risk.
&#8220;I noticed that she [Cheatle] said, well, this is a slope[d] roof where you think of like a barn where you have, this thing had just a little &#8212; a little upswing in it, a few degrees. This was a not &#8212; it essentially was a flat roof,&#8221; Trump said.
Cheatle was questioned during a Congressional hearing on Monday and was urged by Republicans and Democrats to resign after she dodged answering numerous questions on how the would-be assassin was able to fire multiple shots at the former president.

Jurors convicted Hunter Biden, 54, on charges of lying to a federally licensed firearms dealer, making a false claim on a federal firearms background check form, and being in possession of an illegally obtained firearm. Hunter Biden faces up to 25 years in prison and up to $750,000 in fines.
&#8220;There&#8217;s no contrition at all by the Biden family. Hunter didn&#8217;t show any remorse, he was smiling afterwards,&#8221; Watters began. &#8220;His father&#8217;s not ashamed, wouldn&#8217;t even gently condemn his son&#8217;s actions. Hunter&#8217;s committed more crimes than we can count and all Biden says is he&#8217;s &#8216;proud.&#8217; The reason Hunter&#8217;s broken the law for 30 years and not paid the Piper is because of his dad. If every time I screwed up, and my dad&#8217;s response was, &#8216;I&#8217;m proud, son, I love you,&#8217; I&#8217;d keep screwing up. Bailing somebody out over and over again doesn&#8217;t mean you love them.&#8221;

When he put 20 grand on his dad&#8217;s and American Express for Russian escorts, the Secret Service cleaned it up. When he lost his laptop, the FBI and CIA covered it up. When he owed millions in back taxes, his sugar brother footed the bill. When he needed money for alimony and child support, daddy&#8217;s donors bought his dopey art. His dad&#8217;s own Justice Department tried to make the gun and tax case go away a year ago today. What makes you think Daddy won&#8217;t save him again?&#8221;

Peterson <a href="https://www.foxnews.com/media/jordan-peterson-plans-broadcast-court-ordered-social-media-training-public-decide-themselves" target="_blank" rel="noopener">told</a> Fox News host Jesse Watters on Thursday that he hoped to film or audio record all sessions of the court-upheld social media training. Last week, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/jordan-peterson-unloads-on-canadian-court-after-it-backs-psychologist-org-attempting-to-censor-him" target="_blank" rel="noopener">ruled that</a> the College of Psychologists of Ontario could mandate Peterson to go through a so-called “specified continuing education or remedial program.” 
&#8220;I&#8217;m going to do everything I can to make all of this as public as I possibly can,&#8221; he told Watters. &#8220;I have done that from the beginning. I released all the documents that included the charges, so to speak, that the college has levied against me. I want to make this 100% transparent and let the public decide for themselves who exactly is acting, let’s say, in an unprofessional capacity.&#8221;
&#8220;My plan is to make everything that&#8217;s done to me public and if I can do that by filming, well, then, I&#8217;ll do that,&#8221; he continued. &#8220;Everything that happens is going to be made public. It is absolutely necessary.&#8221;
The College of Psychologists is not punishing Peterson for any interactions with patients; rather it is censuring, fining, and attempting to “reeducate” him for public comments he made, including on social media and during podcast appearances. 
Some of Peterson’s supposed offenses, according to the College of Psychologists, included retweeting Conservative Party leader Pierre Poilievre’s criticism of Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, criticizing a former senior Trudeau aide, and expressing opposition to the idea of the Ottawa police taking custody of the children of Trucker Convoy protesters.
Other supposed offenses do not involve direct criticism of the Canadian government, such as Peterson saying on Joe Rogan’s podcast that accepting radical gender theory is a sign of “civilizations collapsing,” calling climate change models unreliable, and criticizing Sports Illustrated for putting a plus-sized swimsuit model on the cover.

Peterson told Watters that he wouldn’t back down from speaking out, especially on the negative impact the transgender movement had on young people. 
&#8220;I’m perfectly willing to state that I am stating my opinions on Twitter and social media in my professional capacity,&#8221; Peterson said. &#8220;So, for example, the comments I made about Ellen Page, you know, I’m not the least bit happy about what the sadistic surgeon butchers are doing to minors, and I’m also not very happy about narcissistic, let’s say, celebrities parading off their new, surgically enhanced body and enticing young women, for example, into becoming sterilized and butchered, so I think I have a professional obligation like all therapists and all physicians to say very clearly that this is 100% absolutely not acceptable.&#8221;

Fox News announced on Monday that host Jesse Watters would take over the 8 p.m. timeslot that was vacated after host Tucker Carlson was ousted from the company in late April.
The new primetime schedule will feature Laura Ingraham at 7 p.m., Sean Hannity at 9 p.m., Greg Gutfeld at 10 p.m. and Trace Gallagher hosting the news hour at 11 p.m.

“FOX News Media and Tucker Carlson have agreed to part ways,” Fox News said in a statement announcing Carlson’s exit on April 24. &#8220;We thank him for his service to the network as a host and prior to that as a contributor. Mr. Carlson’s last program was Friday April 21st. Fox News Tonight will air live at 8 PM/ET starting this evening as an interim show helmed by rotating FOX News personalities until a new host is named.&#8221;
A source informed The Daily Wire that Carlson&#8217;s staff was unaware that he would be ousted and only were apprised of the news when Carlson sent an email. Carlson’s ouster followed Fox News settling a lawsuit with Dominion Voting Systems for almost $800 million; Carlson was expected to testify if the lawsuit had gone forward.
In the immediate aftermath of Carlson’s departure, the stock of Fox Corporation, the parent company of Fox News Channel, plummeted $1 billion.
In the first quarter of 2023, &#8220;Tucker Carlson Tonight&#8221; ranked as the highest-rated program in cable news in the younger 25-54 demo, averaging 3.2 million viewers, 443,000 in the demo and 299,000 in the 18-49 category. In that same period, Fox News “The Five” averaged 3,058,000 viewers, “Jesse Watters Primetime” averaged 2,670,000 viewers, “Hannity” drew 2,505,000, and “Special Report with Bret Baier” drew 2,200,000.
Watters joined Fox News in 2002, where he worked as a correspondent for “The O’Reilly Factor” doing man-on-the-street interviews. In 2017, he became the host of “Watters’ World” on Saturday nights and was also chosen as co-host of “The Five.” “The Five” is now Fox News’ <a href="https://www.wsj.com/articles/fox-news-names-jesse-watters-to-replace-tucker-carlson-as-anchor-of-8-p-m-hour-75a72fce">highest-rated program</a>.

Fox News host Jesse Watters grilled Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) during an interview on Wednesday for supporting a bill that he did not realize that he had co-signed.
The RESTRICT Act, which was created by Congress to effectively allow the Secretary of Commerce to ban TikTok and other foreign threats from the U.S., has faced backlash in recent days over what the bill could mean for Americans&#8217; freedoms.
&#8220;Let&#8217;s try to get some answers out of the Senator Lindsey Graham, who supports this and is here now,&#8221; Watters said. &#8220;You got to be kidding me, Senator. Did you read this?&#8221;
&#8220;Yeah, I don&#8217;t think I support the RESTRICT Act,&#8221; Graham said.
&#8220;You don&#8217;t support this?&#8221; Watters asked. &#8220;Because you are named as one of those supporters [and] this is garbage.&#8221;
A couple minutes later Watters appeared to take a swipe at Graham, saying: &#8220;Maybe it&#8217;s like Fetterman when your chief of staff does all your work for you.&#8221;

GRAHAM: No, I don&#8217;t and they can&#8217;t.
WATTERS: If they have a hunch you&#8217;re colluding with the Russians, we remember how that turned out.
GRAHAM: Yeah, no. Well, the Constitution trump&#8217;s a statute. So let me come back and, you know, give you a better explanation. Here&#8217;s the problem as I see it. China is the parent company of TikTok. And my nieces like TikTok. I don&#8217;t mind them using TikTok. I just don&#8217;t want the Chinese government to seize all their data and manipulate the information America sees for political purposes. China is helping drug cartels in Mexico. China is not a friend. Chinese espionage is at an all time high against American business interests. So I want to push back against China, but within a constitutional framework, you&#8217;re right about that. So you made these allegations, and I&#8217;ll come answer better next time.
WATTERS: I mean, because on Congress.gov, you&#8217;re listed as one of the co-sponsors of this thing. Maybe it&#8217;s like Fetterman when your chief of staff does all your work for you, but Senator, you got to go back and talk to these other senators about this. This thing is nuts. And it&#8217;s gonna get abused like it always does. So we got to clean this up. Can we clean this up?
GRAHAM: Well, yeah, I mean, number one, yeah, I owe you a better explanation [than] I&#8217;m giving you. John Thune has got a bill to make sure the Secretary of Commerce can deal with this, not just TikTok. But the general idea that China, we&#8217;re under attack by China. Now, that&#8217;s a fact. Chinese Communist Party is stealing American data, espionage against American businesses is at an all time. According to the FBI, it&#8217;s the number one challenge they face. China&#8217;s providing drug precursors to make fentanyl in Mexico that&#8217;s killing Americans. So yeah, I&#8217;m definitely going to push back against China being able to steal your data, but I want to do it in a constitutionally sound manner. So the problem is real with China, but the solution can be more damaging than the price.
WATTERS: Don&#8217;t push back on the United States&#8217; citizens for something China is doing.</blockquote>

Fox News host <a href="http://www.dailywire.com.topic/jesse-watters/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Jesse Watters</a> said on Wednesday that New York might be in better shape if the state were to dump current Democratic Governor <a href="https://dailywire.com/news/hochul-wont-hire-back-unvaxxed-health-care-workers-despite-overturned-mandate-worker-shortage/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Kathy Hochul</a> and bring back disgraced former Governor Eliot Spitzer, who was also a Democrat.
Spitzer earned a reputation for holding financial services professionals accountable and rooting out corruption while serving as attorney general of New York — becoming known as the &#8220;Sheriff of Wall Street&#8221; before he became governor in 2007. He <a href="https://www.nytimes.com/2006/11/07/nyregion/08york.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">won in a landslide</a>, earning 69% of the vote — but <a href="https://www.npr.org/2008/03/12/88134976/spitzer-resigns-after-sex-scandal-pressure" target="_blank" rel="noopener">resigned</a> after serving less than two years following reports that he had patronized a prostitution ring.
Watters referenced Spitzer during Wednesday&#8217;s broadcast of the network&#8217;s popular afternoon panel show &#8220;The Five,&#8221; during a conversation about Hochul&#8217;s refusal to reinstate medical professionals who were fired for failing to comply with vaccine mandates even though the state has since dropped the mandates.
Judge Jeanine Pirro quoted Hochul, who explained her decision by claiming that healthcare professionals who did not have the COVID vaccine were putting patients at risk of developing COVID while they were receiving care.

After airing a clip of Hochul&#8217;s comments, Pirro and her co-hosts discussed the fact that the vaccines have been proven to not stop transmission of the virus.
&#8220;She doesn’t know that vaxxed and unvaxxed can still transmit the virus? She doesn’t know that, and she’s the governor?&#8221; Watters asked. &#8220;I mean, what an idiot. Let’s say I go into the ER with a gunshot wound, and I’m bleeding out, you think I care if the nurse is unvaxxed? I think bullets are more dangerous than the ‘rona virus.&#8221;
Watters went on to tie in bail reform and the state&#8217;s still-rampant crime problem, saying, &#8220;We’re [more] afraid of people getting shot than we’re afraid of COVID at this point.&#8221;
That was when he suggested New Yorkers might fare better under the leadership of former Governor Spitzer, saying, &#8220;I don’t care if he sleeps with escorts. He was smart.&#8221;

Co-host Adam Ferrone, after signaling the end of the show, asked Ellis about his most recent hit on Watters&#8217; show, &#8220;Jesse Watters Primetime,&#8221; on Monday.
&#8220;He wanted me to talk about how Democrats in Massachusetts want to lower the voting age to 16,&#8221; Ellis answered, explaining that he had weighed in with a Q-Anon joke and one referencing &#8220;To Catch a Predator,&#8221; but that overall, he didn&#8217;t feel great about the segment. &#8220;I just couldn’t get my feet under me. And I was like, I’m trying too hard.&#8221;
The hosts then asked what Ellis would do if Fox News offered him a &#8220;man-on-the-street&#8221; gig — mirroring how Watters had started out on the air with former network host Bill O&#8217;Reilly — and Ellis claimed they had offered that and he had turned them down.
&#8220;But what if they offered you not just a segment, but what if they’re like, ‘Francis, we want you to do the eight o’clock to nine o’clock hour!’” Ferrone upped the ante, and Ellis said he would consider that.
But then Ellis pivoted to attack Fox News — and the hosts who have given him airtime — saying, &#8220;Look, I got home. I talked my wife about it &#8217;cause I was disappointed in myself and she was like, ‘Let’s be honest, like, do you want to be working with these f***ing people?’ She was like, ‘I watched the rest of his show — he’s a f***ing joke.’”
&#8220;This is still part of the &#8216;Rundown,’” Ferrone said, and another voice confirmed, &#8220;Still rolling, baby!&#8221;
&#8220;And then like, Tucker comes on and just screams,&#8221; Ellis continued. &#8220;It’s so weird. &#8230; They’re just trafficking in hate.&#8221;
Ellis did not stop the attack, instead redirecting it toward the Fox News audience — which he suggested was comprised of people too stupid to realize that he was intentionally screwing with them.
&#8220;I think last night I went into a place that I shouldn’t have gone to,&#8221; he admitted before adding, &#8220;No, because last night I was like, yes, the Democrats are like eating children beneath pizza shops. There are people watching that, who don’t know that I’m f***ing with them. They’re like, &#8216;Finally a young, handsome person is saying it!’”
