Radio host Dana Loesch said on Monday that former President Donald Trump should capitalize on the White House&#8217;s latest defense of President Joe Biden, and she knew exactly how he could make it work for him.
It all started with a series of viral videos of Biden either looking lost or especially frail — wandering away from the other world leaders as they gathered at the G-7 meetings to pose for a photo, for example, or being guided off the stage at a fundraiser by former President Barack Obama.
The White House, when asked about Biden&#8217;s apparent confusion, brushed aside concerns about his health and mental state. Instead, they riffed on the concept of &#8220;deepfakes&#8221; and referred to the video clips — of which unedited clips have also been circulated — as &#8220;<a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/white-house-complains-of-biden-cheap-fakes" target="_blank" rel="noopener">cheap fakes</a>.&#8221;

For years, the reporters at <a href="https://philanthropynewsdigest.org/news/media-matters-receives-1-million-from-george-soros#:~:text=In%20a%20statement%2C%20Soros%20said,challenge%20Fox%20News%20poses%20to">Soros-backed</a> outlet Media Matters for America (MMfA) have made it their mission to report on conservative outlets and pundits with the express goal of getting them fired or canceled — and now that mass layoffs have impacted them, conservatives are weighing in.
The abrupt termination of multiple staffers — some of whom have been employed with the outlet for years — followed federal probes spearheaded by Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey and Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton into allegations that MMfA had perpetrated fraud by creating and sharing manipulated data on X.
Several of the outlet’s now-ex employees took to X to complain about their abrupt termination, and to a man, each claimed that they had been fired because they were “too effective” at holding conservatives to account.

President Joe Biden’s Department of Justice announced on Saturday the launch of the National Extreme Risk Protection Order Resource Center — to the surprise of some congressional Republicans.
Attorney General Merrick Garland said in a Saturday <a href="https://www.justice.gov/opa/pr/justice-department-launches-national-extreme-risk-protection-order-resource-center" target="_blank" rel="noopener">press release</a> that the new national resource center “will provide our partners across the country with valuable resources to keep firearms out of the hands of individuals who pose a threat to themselves or others.” Extreme Risk Protection Orders (ERPOs), commonly referred to as “red flag” laws, allow authorities to confiscate firearms from a person whom a court deems to be a risk to himself or others. ERPOs also prevent a person from buying or possessing a gun for the duration of the order.
“The establishment of the Center is the latest example of the Justice Department’s work to use every tool provided by the landmark Bipartisan Safer Communities Act to protect communities from gun violence,” Garland said.

The resource center, which was launched with a new <a href="https://erpo.org/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">website</a>, is described as “a resource for implementers” that will “provide training and technical assistance to law enforcement officials, prosecutors, attorneys, judges, clinicians, victim service and social service providers, community organizations, and behavioral health professionals responsible for implementing laws designed to keep guns out of the hands of people who pose a threat to themselves or others.”
The National ERPO Resource Center website also provides a state-by-state guide for red flag laws across the country, along with specific information on each state’s ERPO law. Currently, 21 states and the District of Columbia have red flag laws on the books.
Republicans in the House and Senate were surprised to learn of the DOJ&#8217;s new gun-control resource center. Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) <a href="https://twitter.com/RepThomasMassie/status/1771521716805669016" target="_blank" rel="noopener">reposted</a> the DOJ’s announcement on X and asked, “What the hell is this evil?”
“A Federal Red Flag center; We did not authorize this. Announced, of course, just hours after the omnibus passes,” Massie added.

Dana Loesch, a Second Amendment advocate and critic of red flag laws, said the DOJ’s National ERPO Resource Center “is an attack on due process.”
“This won’t apply to Hunter Biden, illegal aliens, or cartel members that Dems fight to arm. This is an attack on due process and ignores existing law that provides a way to adjudicate someone ineligible,” Loesch <a href="https://twitter.com/DLoesch/status/1771544901030727689" target="_blank" rel="noopener">wrote</a>. “All previous tragedies were preventable without removal of due process.”
President Biden has fought to implement more gun control on a national level, issuing an <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/biden-unveils-effort-to-crack-down-on-firearm-industry-enhance-background-checks" target="_blank" rel="noopener">executive order</a> last year expanding background checks for firearm purchases. Touting his own party&#8217;s efforts with regard to recent gun control legislation, Biden claimed that they had &#8220;made it harder for people buy stabilized brief— braces.&#8221;
The president then went on to suggest that doing nothing more than adding braces to a firearm would accomplish the physically impossible task of changing the gun&#8217;s caliber.
&#8220;Put a pistol on a brace, it turns into a gun, makes it more, you can have a higher-caliber weapon, higher-caliber bullet coming out of that gun,&#8221; Biden said.
Loesch said otherwise, however, tweeting, &#8220;This is the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard a politician say about guns. A plastic brace on a gun does not change the CALIBER OF THE GUN or the rate of fire.&#8221;

Jean-Pierre claimed that the 1994 assault weapons ban — which President Joe Biden supported as a senator — had resulted in a drop off in gun violence, which then ticked upwards again after the ban&#8217;s sunset a decade later.
&#8220;If you think about assault weapons ban, we know, when we saw — when the president was involved in 1994 to get that done, we saw. We saw gun violence go down and when it sunset ten years later, it went back up,&#8221; Jean-Pierre insisted. &#8220;So we know what could work and that&#8217;s why you continue to hear the president calling on Congress to take action.&#8221;
But as Loesch quickly pointed out, that claim just wasn&#8217;t true – and she wasn&#8217;t the only one saying so.

Congresswoman Lauren Boebert (R-CO) told radio host Dana Loesch what was said behind closed doors when she and Congresswoman <a href="https://dailywire.com/news/mtg-unloads-on-lauren-boebert-shes-nothing-but-drama-not-serious-does-not-show-leadership/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Marjorie Taylor Greene</a> had a run-in while in the Congressional ladies&#8217; room.

&#8220;Just going to ask you right out of the gate, what the hell goes on in the ladies’ bathroom?&#8221; Loesch asked, prompting laughter from Boebert.
&#8220;Okay. So I actually kind of love that that story came out because of how I was quoted. So, yeah, I mean, we’re talking in the <a href="https://www.mediaite.com/politics/marjorie-taylor-greene-and-lauren-boebert-threw-down-in-a-bathroom-screaming-match-over-mccarthy-per-report/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">congressional ladies’ bathroom</a>. I’m there with Anna Paulina Luna, and, you know, people are upset about what’s going on in the Speaker’s race,&#8221; Boebert explained, noting that the negotiations had already been going on for a couple of days and there were some who were angry about that.
&#8220;We hadn’t received the concessions that we wanted,&#8221; Boebert continued, adding that up until that point, even though people had certainly had their disagreements about the issues, they had been professional and polite to each other when discussing the situation.
Greene, Boebert said, took a different approach: &#8220;And my colleague from Georgia, the gentlewoman from Georgia, came up and started, you know, being kind of nasty about it. And no one else had been nasty about it. Everyone had been very professional.&#8221;
Boebert went on to say that she had seen a very different Congress in those few days, saying that people on both sides of the aisle were having productive conversations and debates.
&#8220;It was the most organized I have seen Congress since I’ve been there in two years,&#8221; she said. &#8220;Relationships were being built and strengthened on both sides of the aisle. It was incredible. And so when she started going after me, I looked at her and said, ‘Don’t be ugly.’”
Loesch pressed a bit then, noting that up until the battle to elect McCarthy Speaker, everyone had believed Boebert and Greene to be friends — but Boebert made it clear that wasn&#8217;t necessarily the case.
&#8220;I think the media saw two women in Congress, you know, there was there was nothing against her. We travel in the same circles, have the same policy views on a lot of things, not everything, but on many things,&#8221; Boebert replied, adding, &#8220;But yeah I looked at her, said, I don’t have time for this. I said, ‘Don’t be ugly.’ And that’s something that my granny used to say to me when I was being a brat.&#8221;
&#8220;It’s like the most inoffensive thing you could say,&#8221; Loesch said.
&#8220;She said, she said, ‘Don’t be ugly.’ Granny. Granny told me that a lot, though,&#8221; Boebert laughed.
&#8220;It’s like sounds like a very, a Coloradoan version of ‘Bless your Heart,’ right?&#8221; Loesch observed.

Nationally syndicated radio host <a href="https://dailywire.com/news/industrial-karen-dana-loesch-torches-nine-inch-nails-frontman-for-planning-to-quit-twitter/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Dana Loesch</a> unloaded on Axios on Friday after the outlet accused Twitter owner Elon Musk of taking &#8220;unprecedented&#8221; action to ban journalists who shared real time tracking data revealing his location.
Musk stated that such real-time doxxing was akin to posting &#8220;assassination coordinates&#8221; — and as such would not be tolerated. And when a number of left-leaning journalists tested that theory, Musk suspended their accounts from the platform.
Axios called the move &#8220;unprecedented,&#8221; tweeting, &#8220;Twitter&#8217;s suspension of several journalists last night was unprecedented: There&#8217;s never been an attempt by a major social media platform to suspend so many journalists all at once.&#8221;

In the linked article, the outlet added, &#8220;The Committee to Protect Journalists said that if the reporters’ suspensions are confirmed as retaliation for their work, &#8216;this would be a serious violation of journalists’ right to report the news without fear of reprisal.'&#8221;
But as a number of people quickly pointed out, Twitter had suspended an entire outlet — The New York Post — for sharing the bombshell report on Hunter Biden&#8217;s laptop. And in the days that followed, the platform had suspended a number of other accounts — whether they were journalists or not — for sharing the same story.

Loesch responded after the hosts of the midday talk show publicly trashed her for suggesting that a candidate who <a href="https://dailywire.com/news/herschel-walker-responds-to-report-he-paid-for-womans-abortion-flat-out-lie/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">allegedly paid for an abortion</a> — Republican Georgia Senate candidate Herschel Walker — was less reprehensible than a candidate who advocated vigorously for the expansion of abortion.
“I’m not willing to make more babies pay for Walker’s actions,” Loesch explained, saying that Republicans should keep their eyes on the ball going into the midterms.

Goldberg began with video from Loesch&#8217;s radio show in which the host argued that if the story — which Walker has denied — was true, &#8220;Walker used his money to reportedly pay some skank for an abortion and Warnock wants to use all of our monies to pay a whole bunch of skanks for abortions.&#8221;
Pointing an accusatory finger in the air, Goldberg announced that there were many women who &#8220;found themselves&#8221; in the position of needing an abortion. &#8220;How dare you call them skanks!&#8221;
Goldberg went on to argue that the real point was the hypocrisy — saying that Walker was calling abortion &#8220;murder&#8221; while he allegedly financed one himself. She then demanded that Loesch stick to the topic — which was Walker&#8217;s supposed hypocrisy — instead of calling people names and addressing the fact that in both cases, they were talking about killing unborn babies.
Goldberg attempted to claim the moral high ground at that point, adding, &#8220;I&#8217;m keeping calling you a name out of my mouth because it&#8217;s not the right thing to do.&#8221;
&#8220;That just exposes the moral rot that&#8217;s taking over my party,&#8221; the show&#8217;s new Republican co-host <a href="http://www.dailywire.com/topic/alyssa-farah-griffin/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Alyssa Farah Griffin</a> chimed in. &#8220;I can&#8217;t defend that for a second. As a pro-life woman, to hear someone else like Dana who is pro-life call women who get into situations where they need abortions &#8216;skanks&#8217; is just shameful and I will not defend that.&#8221;
Co-host Sunny Hostin got a few jabs in as well, referring to Loesch as the &#8220;spokesperson for the AR-15&#8221; and suggesting that she was fine with people shooting other people as long as they weren&#8217;t aborting them.

Ana Navarro, the show&#8217;s other Republican voice, waited until her co-hosts were finished attacking Loesch before she jumped in to criticize Loesch for daring to attack other women. &#8220;I hate it when women attack other women,&#8221; she complained.
Loesch let them all have it in no uncertain terms, taking to Twitter to take their arguments apart.
