Hillary and Chelsea Clinton recently attended a Broadway show together, and someone reportedly left something near them in the aisle that sent an aromatic message.
The mother-daughter team was seated at the Shubert Theater to see the production of “Some Like It Hot,” the title of which may have been singularly appropriate considering the incident.
“Last week, when Hillary and Chelsea Clinton were in the audience, the lights came up for intermission and there were two human turds in the aisle just near the famous political duo,” a source told <a href="https://pagesix.com/2023/03/20/fan-poops-in-aisle-near-hillary-and-chelsea-clinton-at-show/?utm_source=NYPTwitter&amp;utm_campaign=SocialFlow&amp;utm_medium=SocialFlow" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Page Six</a> of The New York Post.
“The house crew dealt with it very appropriately and quickly, and Hillary and Chelsea and Chelsea remained in the theater for the second act,” the source added.
“There was an incident when Hillary Clinton and Chelsea attended,” another source echoed. “It was an elderly person and it’s rather sad, but yes, the house staff worked quickly to help resolve the situation and Act II started as scheduled.”
New York City does have a problem with excrement; a study conducted on Manhattan’s Upper East Side found high concentrations of bacteria from poop on indoor floors and carpets.
“We found numbers of bacteria that were absolutely astonishing,” chemistry professor Alessandra Leri, who co-authored the study, told <a href="https://nypost.com/2023/02/17/poop-bacteria-rampant-on-upper-east-side-streets-study-finds/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">The New York Post</a>, asking rhetorically, “The real question was, even after the feces are ostensibly cleaned up, do the bacteria persist on the sidewalks?”
&#8220;30,000 bacterial cells per 100 milliliter of water. The EPA has a benchmark that cities use to close beaches and that benchmark is 110 cells for 100 milliliters of water,&#8221; Leri told <a href="https://www.cbsnews.com/newyork/news/study-of-new-york-city-sidewalks-finds-astonishing-levels-enterococci-e-coli-fecal-indicator-bacterium/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">CBS News</a>.

Trains transporting human waste from New York City have wound up in landfills across the South. The excrement has been transported in freight containers filled with “biosolids,” a dehydrated, treated version of the substance. In the past, New York City actually sent the excrement into the ocean, but in the past 30 years, they have sent it to landfills.
In April 2018, a train holding millions of pounds of excrement from New York got <a href="https://slate.com/news-and-politics/2018/04/poop-train-from-new-york-stuck-in-parrish-alabama.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">stuck in Parrish, Alabama,</a> with a population of 982.
The train, stuck in a rail yard next to a softball field, forced people to stay indoors and little league games had to be rescheduled as a result.
<a href="https://apnews.com/28f5b0563b1441b6ac5d29f7dfd7f5f7" target="_blank" rel="noopener">AP reported</a> at the time that because New York had no room for its biowaste and could not dump it into the Atlantic Ocean because of federal law, it had transported its excrement to Alabama since 2017, as Alabama’s zoning laws were not as restrictive as New York’s. Thus the train was bound for the Big Sky Environmental landfill, roughly 20 miles east of Parrish.
The nearby town of West Jefferson, which was supposed to receive the excrement, and where trucks were supposed to transport the waste to the landfill, filed an injunction against the landfill in January to prevent the biowaste from being stored in the town’s rail yard, which terminated shipments coming to the town.
That meant shipments following the injunction wound up in Parrish. CNN <a href="https://www.cnn.com/2018/04/03/us/parrish-waste-poop-train-alabama-trnd/index.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">reported</a> that Parrish, which is only two square miles, had to host 10 million pounds of poop.

Clinton and her mother, former Secretary of State <a href="http://www.dailywire.com/topic/hillary-clinton/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Hillary Clinton</a>, spoke with entertainment magazine Variety about their new Apple TV+ venture, &#8220;Gutsy,&#8221; in a wide-ranging <a href="https://variety.com/2022/politics/features/hillary-clinton-chelsea-2016-election-woman-president-gutsy-1235383586/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">feature interview</a> that was published on Tuesday, and the topic eventually turned to Fox News.
&#8220;Your family was the first great target of Fox News’ approach,&#8221; the interviewer prompted.
&#8220;We were the reason that Fox News was created. Because Rupert Murdoch recognized a great market opportunity,&#8221; the younger Clinton replied.
The interviewer then asked the Clintons both to explain whether they felt their move into the media space — albeit a much smaller space than that occupied by Fox News — was an effort to fight back in some small way.
&#8220;Climate change illuminated where Fox News was willing to go and its destructive impact,&#8221; Chelsea responded first, saying that it was not solely Fox News, but multiple right-leaning outlets.
&#8220;I’m 42, and when I was in junior high, two-thirds of Americans knew human activity is partly responsible for climate change,&#8221; she said. &#8220;The right proved to themselves, &#8216;We can hit people with relentless misinformation and every night pipe into their homes to disbelieve scientists — what else could be possible?&#8217; Today, with COVID, it’s the same playbook.&#8221;
&#8220;There’s an element to this which is quite frustrating, because they get away with it,&#8221; Hillary added then, arguing that progressive media had failed to do enough to fight back against right-leaning media.

There is a path to limit the damage they’ve done, but it requires leaders on the side of facts and evidence. TV reviewers wrote that <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/hillary-clinton">Hillary</a> and Chelsea Clinton&#8217;s new Apple TV series &#8220;Gutsy&#8221; lacks &#8220;depth,&#8221; &#8220;personality,&#8221; and more.
In one recent review from <a href="https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/tv/tv-reviews/gutsy-hillary-clinton-chelsea-clinton-apple-tv-1235213020/">The Hollywood Reporter</a> titled, &#8220;&#8216;Gutsy&#8217; Review: Hillary and Chelsea Clinton&#8217;s Blandly Uplifting Apple TV+ Docuseries,&#8221; the reviewer said even &#8220;pro-Clinton viewers&#8221; might struggle with the fact that both &#8220;Clintons are lackluster as TV hosts&#8221; despite all their decades in the spotlight.
The review explained that the causes the Clintons highlight are &#8216;largely unobjectionable&#8221; as long as your politics align with theirs.
&#8220;For a certain type of viewer — say, a devoted Clinton fan or a budding feminist in search of role models — it might make for a decent primer on the broad spectrum of issues affecting Americans today, from motherhood to environmentalism to the fight for LGBTQ rights,&#8221; the article reads.
&#8220;However, in its restless, relentless quest for uplift, the series turns away from complexity, depth or even much in the way of personality,&#8221; it added. &#8220;While Gutsy&#8217;s good intentions make it hard to dislike, its shallowness also makes it difficult to love.&#8221;
The review added that neither Clinton &#8220;seems quite at ease with the purposefully casual vibe of the docuseries, or all that eager to reveal any more of themselves than they already have.&#8221;
&#8220;They have reason to feel plenty exposed already,&#8221; the piece read. &#8220;Nevertheless, it makes for unsatisfying TV when the two central figures are made to look so irreproachable they’re downright distant.&#8221;

The review concluded that despite the series&#8217; impressive &#8220;list of heroes&#8221; and &#8220;issues they raise,&#8221; the docuseries seems to be &#8220;stubbornly focused on spreading good vibes as far and wide as it can&#8221; instead of possibly courting &#8220;contention and controversy&#8221; by challenging approaches dealing with harassment, the justice system and more.
Reviews on <a href="https://www.rottentomatoes.com/tv/gutsy/s01/reviews">Rotten Tomatoes</a> were mixed.
One said, &#8220;Quickly enough, the gulf between how excited the hosts were to have these experiences versus how dull it was to watch them grew too large for this viewer to cross.&#8221;
&#8220;Here is the woman I sincerely hoped would be the 45th president of the United States of America trapped like some ebullient mother-of-the-bride in an endless rehearsal dinner where all the speeches comprise nothing but self-help woo-woo,&#8221; another added.
&#8220;The encounters themselves vary in interest, but it is the series construction that really cheapens them: Even the most heroic stories can feel facile when dispensed in quick succession,&#8221; another concluded.

The two agreed that society is losing people like the late monarch, who Kelly said showed a &#8220;a quiet dignity and class,” and in their place, we are getting &#8220;narcissism and selfie culture.&#8221;
&#8220;Hillary Clinton, okay, the only female presidential candidate, Democratic nominee that we&#8217;ve ever had decides to comment on this [WAP] because she&#8217;s trying to launch a new digital series with her daughter [Chelsea Clinton],&#8221; Kelly <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KVkZ3GzVulc">explained</a>.

Notably, the feds <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/fbi-raid-on-mar-a-lago-ensnared-more-than-just-former-president-report" target="_blank" rel="noopener">reportedly</a> went through personal belongings of Mrs. Trump during the <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/fbi-raided-trump-of-books-clothing-gift-items-news-clippings-court-documents" target="_blank" rel="noopener">raid</a> on August 8.
Former President Trump and numerous top Republicans have blasted the Biden administration and the FBI over the raid.
“These are dark times for our Nation, as my beautiful home, Mar-A-Lago in Palm Beach, Florida, is currently under siege, raided, and occupied by a large group of FBI agents,” the former president <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/breaking-fbi-raids-trumps-home-at-mar-a-lago" target="_blank" rel="noopener">said</a> in a statement. “After working and cooperating with the relevant Government agencies, this unannounced raid on my home was not necessary or appropriate.”
“They even broke into my safe!” Trump added. “It is political targeting at the highest level!”
Governor <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/breaking-desantis-blasts-bidens-banana-republic-after-feds-raid-mar-a-lago" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Ron DeSantis</a> (R-FL) likened the raid to the kind of things that go on in a banana republic.
“The raid of [Mar-a-Lago] is another escalation in the weaponization of federal agencies against the Regime’s political opponents, while people like Hunter Biden get treated with kid gloves,” the Republican posted to Twitter. “Now the Regime is getting another 87k IRS agents to wield against its adversaries? Banana Republic.”
During the same &#8220;Watch What Happens Live&#8221; appearance, Chelsea went after former friend Ivanka.
&#8220;We were friends,&#8221; she told Cohen. &#8220;She is not the person I called when I was curious about something for my kids or if I was debating a life decision, but we were definitely friends &#8230; and then she went to the dark side.&#8221;
This isn&#8217;t the first time Chelsea has spoken ill of Ivanka, who served during the Trump administration with her husband <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/jared-kushner-reveals-details-of-cancer-diagnosis-treatment-report" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Jared Kushner</a>.
&#8220;I don&#8217;t think [Ivanka and Donald Trump] are the same by any standard,&#8221; Chelsea told Cohen back in 2020, Business Insider <a href="https://www.businessinsider.com/chelsea-clinton-says-was-friends-with-ivanka-trump-went-dark-side2022-9" target="_blank" rel="noopener">reported</a>. &#8220;But I think she&#8217;s more than complicit.&#8221;

Cohen told the shocking secret as he interviewed Clinton, who later served as a U.S. senator and secretary of state, and daughter Chelsea on his “Watch What Happens Live” show on Bravo. The Clintons were there to promote their new show “Gutsy,” where they go around the country interviewing liberal female celebrities who they consider to be trailblazers of one sort or another.
“I do have to tell you, every time I see you, Secretary Clinton, I think I had a wonderful liaison with one of your Secret Service agents in the 90&#8217;s,” Cohen claimed. “While you were First Lady.”
A shocked Clinton’s eyes widened and she giggled.

Clinton, now 74, lived in the White House with her husband, former President Bill Clinton, from 1993-2001. While the former president’s sordid sexual escapades during the period are well known, the claim that a Secret Service agent and a future famous TV host had a tryst stunned the pair. Cohen was likely an unknown producer at CBS at the time.
“You did?” gasped Chelsea Clinton, who would have been a teenager at the time.
Cohen said the unnamed Secret Service agent always “had wonderful things to say about the entire family,” but shared no specifics.
“And I have wonderful things to say about him,” Cohen quipped about his alleged White House conquest.
While it is possible Cohen’s story is true, the claim that the Secret Service agent praised her runs counter to her reputation. Ronald Kessler, a former Wall Street Journal and Washington Post reporter and author of the 2015 book “<a href="https://www.amazon.com/First-Family-Detail-Service-Presidents/dp/080413961X/ref=sr_1_1?tag=nypost-20&amp;asc_refurl=https://nypost.com/2015/10/02/secret-service-agents-hillary-is-a-nightmare-to-work-with/&amp;asc_source=web">First Family Detail</a>,” said Secret Service agents he interviewed liked Bill and Chelsea, but couldn’t stand Hillary Clinton.
“Agents consider being assigned to her detail a form of punishment,” Kessler wrote. “In fact, agents say being on Hillary Clinton’s detail is the worst duty assignment in the Secret Service.”
Lloyd Bulman, one of several former Secret Service agents Kessler quoted in his book, said Hillary Clinton&#8217;s contempt for the help was legendary.
“Hillary was very rude to agents, and she didn’t appear to like law enforcement or the military,” Bulman said. “She wouldn’t go over and meet military people or police officers, as most protectees do. She was just really rude to almost everybody. She’d act like she didn’t want you around, like you were beneath her.”

In order to play the game, Chelsea had to put on a pair of headphones that would prevent her from hearing her mother&#8217;s answer to a question — after which she was to remove the headphones and answer the same question — to see if they would each give the same answer.
As Chelsea nodded along to the music playing in her ears, Fallon turned to Hillary and asked her to tell him about her &#8220;craziest family vacation memory.&#8221;
After a brief pause, Hillary noted that they had had some interesting travel memories, but one did stand out: &#8220;I hope she doesn’t remember this because it was pretty traumatic.&#8221;
&#8220;Those are the best stories,&#8221; Fallon interjected, laughing.
&#8220;We took her to Russia — Russia — when we went on a state visit when Bill was president, and there were the formal goodbyes —&#8221;
Chelsea, watching as her mom grew more and more animated, turned to the audience and mouthed the words &#8220;what are they talking about?&#8221;
&#8220;So Bill and I were ushered into the Beast, the big limousine, to head to the airport, not knowing that we had left her behind,&#8221; Clinton continued, and the audience exploded with laughter.
&#8220;Wow!&#8221; Fallon exclaimed.
&#8220;I mean, can you imagine?&#8221; Clinton asked, her eyes wide. &#8220;Leaving my only child in the Kremlin, especially with everything that has happened?&#8221;
Fallon then turned to Chelsea and had her remove her headphones, indicating that it was her turn to answer the question — and she admitted that while they had been talking she had been attempting to read her mother&#8217;s lips.
&#8220;But I didn&#8217;t succeed at all,&#8221; she added.
Fallon repeated the question, and Chelsea responded, &#8220;Oh gosh, now I wish we had been chased by a bear or something.&#8221;
&#8220;Close,&#8221; Fallon hinted, to laughter.
Chelsea thought for a few moments and then something appeared to click — she nodded definitively before saying, &#8220;When they left me at the Kremlin.&#8221;

The clip shows Kardashian responding to a question about when it is legal to use deadly force — and according to People, the “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” star ran away with the contest: 11-4. The other questions address issues such as the difference between robbery and extortion — and when it might be permissible to assert a claim of self-defense.
Clinton deflected a bit, claiming that Kardashian — who is currently studying law — had an unfair advantage because the information was fresher in her mind.
“I think Kim has an unfair advantage,” Hillary said, and Chelsea weighed in as well: “Kim has <a href="https://people.com/tv/kim-kardashian-law-achievements-so-far/" data-component="link" data-source="inlineLink" data-type="internalLink" data-ordinal="1">studied more recently</a> than you.”
Still, Clinton said that the defeat was unpleasant. “Oh, it was heartbreaking!” she said, but she did concede to being impressed with just how hard Kardashian has worked to earn a place at the legal table.
“Sometimes, I could see my mom knew what the answer was, but she wouldn’t hit the buzzer in time,” Chelsea added, suggesting that Clinton likely knew most of the answers but had simply lost a step with regard to her reaction time.
Clinton went on to note that they had intentionally focused the interview on Kardashian&#8217;s legal studies rather than her other pursuits or her personal life. “We didn’t interview her about fashion … her many lines of commerce … her personal life. We interviewed about what she was doing to help get people who were unjustly or unfairly incarcerated have a second chance,” Clinton explained.
“She&#8217;s very self-aware that her celebrity can make a difference positively, and where it may make a negative difference. She never wants to make a negative difference, so being judicious and thoughtful about when and where and how she engages was really impressive to us. I want, even beyond this series, to do whatever I can to help her in that work,” Chelsea added.
Kardashian recently passed California&#8217;s “<a href="https://pagesix.com/2022/05/19/kim-kardashian-learned-she-passed-the-baby-bar-at-red-lobster/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">baby bar</a>” exam after a year of study — on her third try — and said that she had been so happy she cried. “My kids were there every time I opened my results, and so they&#8217;d see me cry. And the last time, they saw me cry the best tears of happiness that I did it,” she said.

&#8220;All factions, at certain points, succumb to the impulse to censor. But for the Democratic Party&#8217;s liberal adherents, silencing their adversaries has become their primary project,&#8221; asserted the journalist.
Referring to a Washington Post article attacking the free speech platform of Substack, Greenwald noted of &#8220;political heiress&#8221; Chelsea Clinton promoting censorship on the platform.
Greenwald specifically ripped into Clinton for her audacity to call others with differing views &#8220;grifters,&#8221; noting of the lucrative gigs the 41-year-old has had handed to her &#8220;despite no qualification&#8221; because of her parents, and other elite connections, like her husband and convicted child sex trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell. Dr. Anthony Fauci lamented to Chelsea Clinton during an interview that aired Tuesday that he has lately been facing &#8220;a phenomenal amount of hostility&#8221; for pushing what he claimed are &#8220;fundamental simple health principles.&#8221;
Speaking with Clinton on her <a href="https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/in-fact-with-chelsea-clinton/id1559607100" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">podcast</a> &#8220;In Fact with Chelsea Clinton,&#8221; the nation’s top infectious disease expert responded to a question regarding how Americans&#8217; &#8220;trust in science&#8221; can be restored, especially given the number of people in the South who are refusing to receive the COVID-19 vaccine.
&#8220;That is something that is not going to happen easily, Chelsea,&#8221; Fauci answered. &#8220;I think that we may have to find ways — and that&#8217;s a complicated issue, as you well know, probably better than I do — it&#8217;s a complicated issue of how you heal the differences and the hostility.&#8221;
&#8220;I mean, I&#8217;ve been the object myself of a phenomenal amount of hostility merely because I&#8217;m promoting what are really fundamental simple public health principles,&#8221; Fauci continued. &#8220;That seems astounding that that would generate a considerable degree of hostility, but it is, it is.&#8221;

I think the approach is to outreach, to try and understand each other better and realize that we have differences, but those differences should be the source, you know, of strength in some respects and not the source of chaos,&#8221; Fauci went on.
&#8220;So I don&#8217;t know the answer to your question,&#8221; Fauci concluded, adding, &#8220;It&#8217;s a seemingly simple question, but a complicated answer. We&#8217;ve got to reach out to people and get them to understand that this is for their own safety, their own health, and also what I refer to as communal responsibility, your responsibility to society.&#8221;
Fauci later advised listeners to be a &#8220;dead end&#8221; to &#8220;the chain of transmission of an outbreak&#8221; by getting vaccinated, to which Clinton responded, &#8220;I never thought I would say I wanted to be a dead end. But yes, here I am, like very happy to be fully vaccinated and a dead end.&#8221;
Fauci, who has <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/fauci-responds-to-being-criticized-anti-science-all-nonsense-fabricated-inappropriate" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">claimed</a> criticisms against him are &#8220;attacks on science,&#8221; is facing increased scrutiny after a trove of his emails from early during the pandemic were published by BuzzFeed and The Washington Post. In <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/scientist-warned-fauci-china-was-likely-lying-about-covid-deaths-fauci-said-email-was-too-long-to-read" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">one email</a> from mid-March 2020, a physicist told Fauci that China was likely lying about the number of COVID-19 deaths in China, writing that he had been “modeling this outbreak since January.” In response, Fauci forwarded the message to a member of the NIH, writing, “Too long for me to read.”

On Wednesday, former first daughter Chelsea Clinton tweeted a disapproving message about Fox News television host Tucker Carlson, seemingly calling for Facebook to ban his content.
The tweet came in response to a post that received attention online from various Twitter users regarding Carlson’s comments about the current vaccination campaign in the United States.
The Biden administration recently moved to pause the distribution of the Johnson &amp; Johnson vaccine. On Friday, <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/breaking-biden-admins-decision-to-pause-jj-vaccine-causes-confidence-in-vaccine-to-plummet">The Daily Wire</a> reported that the “Biden administration’s decision to call for a pause to the Johnson &amp; Johnson’s COVID-19 vaccine has caused confidence in the vaccine to plummet, according to a new poll.”

In a segment of his show that was published as an <a href="https://www.foxnews.com/opinion/tucker-carlson-covid-vaccine-johnson-and-johnson-pause">opinion</a> piece on Wednesday, Carlson questioned why the federal government decided to pause the distribution of the Johnson &amp; Johnson vaccine in the midst of a massive government effort to get many Americans vaccinated.
Carlson generally defended vaccines, <a href="https://www.foxnews.com/opinion/tucker-carlson-covid-vaccine-johnson-and-johnson-pause">saying,</a> “We’re not against it on principle. Like most Americans, we’re grateful for vaccines. But before we take this one, a few questions about this specific one. There are two things we’d like to know, and neither one has anything to do with how many professional athletes or Netflix stars have been vaccinated so far. We don’t care. It’s irrelevant. Here’s what is relevant. The first question: Is the vaccine safe? The second question: Is it effective? Safe and effective. That’s all that matters.”

In his show, Carlson questioned whether or not the data being released to the public was factual and asked why government authorities have pushed for more lockdowns in the midst of the vaccine rollout. Carlson said, “They do tell us we have to shut things down, just like we did last year before we had a vaccine. But now we have a vaccine, so why are we shutting them down again? What’s going on here? We’re not sure.&#8221;
The television show host wondered why Americans are not able to return to their normal lives once they have been vaccinated, voicing concerns that have led to many people not wanting to get vaccinated. He said, “At some point – no one’s asking this, but everyone should be – what is this about? If the vaccines work, why are vaccinated people still banned from living normal lives?”
Chelsea Clinton seemed to address Carlson’s main comments about “a legitimate mystery” surrounding the vaccine rollout. In his show, however, Carlson questioned why reporters are not doing a better job of understanding more about the vaccination efforts and asking questions about the concerns that many Americans have.
Carlson said, “The vaccine can’t simultaneously be highly effective and not restore people’s lives to normal. They don’t tell you to avoid water fountains after you get the polio vaccine. They don’t need to tell you that because the polio vaccine works. So there’s a legitimate mystery here, at the heart of the most aggressive vaccination campaign [in] American history. You’d think journalists might sort this out for the rest of us. That’s their job. It’s a major important story. What’s the answer?”
Chelsea Clinton responded to a tweet that contained a screenshot of a Facebook post of Carlson discussing the vaccine. The Facebook post had received over 590,000 total views at the time. The <a href="https://twitter.com/JesseLehrich/status/1382358005849673731">tweet</a> from Jesse Lehrich, former foreign policy spokesman for Hillary Clinton, said “the #1 post on @Facebook about vaccines today is Tucker Carlson suggesting they don’t work.”

Some users responded to Clinton’s tweet, calling her out over various issues, such as the apparent hypocrisy of the statement. One person <a href="https://twitter.com/mac_n_cheezcake/status/1382713285204537348">wrote</a>, “I don&#8217;t remember you calling out Kamala and Joe last year for saying they wouldn&#8217;t trust the vaccine.&#8221;
The FDA granted emergency <a href="https://www.fda.gov/news-events/press-announcements/fda-issues-emergency-use-authorization-third-covid-19-vaccine">authorization</a> for the Johnson &amp; Johnson COVID-19 vaccine in February for use in individuals 18 or older. An <a href="https://www.fda.gov/media/146217/download">FDA analysis</a> of trial data found that no one who received the vaccine was hospitalized for COVID-19 or died from COVID-19 beginning 28 days after the vaccine was administered.
The FDA and CDC have called for the Johnson &amp; Johnson vaccine’s administration to be paused as officials examine a potential link to a type of rare blood clot. Six cases of the blood clot have been reported in the U.S., and more than 6.8 million people have received the one-shot vaccine across the country.
According to the CDC’s <a href="https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/vaccines/safety/safety-of-vaccines.html?s_cid=10487:covid%20vaccine%20safety:sem.ga:p:RG:GM:gen:PTN:FY21">official website</a>: “Over 189 million doses of COVID-19 vaccine were administered in the United States from December 14, 2020, through April 12, 2021.”

Chelsea Clinton, daughter of former President Bill Clinton and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, is set to launch a new podcast with iHeartMedia on April 13.
Clinton’s podcast will be called “In Fact with Chelsea Clinton” and will interview guests while using her work in politics, international relations, and public health, according to <a href="https://apnews.com/article/public-health-chelsea-clinton-hillary-clinton-health-media-9dccc02ceb32ceccc2cb262bd736ac91">The Associated Press</a>.
In an introductory <a href="https://www.iheart.com/podcast/1119-in-fact-with-chelsea-clin-80529176/episode/introducing-in-fact-with-chelsea-clinton-80529177/">statement</a> about the show, iHeart Radio said:
<blockquote>The COVID-19 pandemic hasn&#8217;t just upended our sense of &#8220;normal&#8221; &#8212; it has laid bare so much about our health care, infrastructure, politics, and culture, and the deep inequities built into all of these. But, as people working in public health &#8212; and those living these issues every day &#8212; know all too well, none of this is new.
In Chelsea Clinton&#8217;s new podcast she sits down with everyone from Jane Fonda to Washington, DC Mayor Muriel Bowser to Jonathan Van Ness, and more to talk about how public health affects their lives and ours.</blockquote>
The AP reported, “The first podcast will feature Queer Eye’s Jonathan Van Ness, who in 2019 announced he was HIV-positive; and HIV physician and health equity advocate Dr. Oni Blackstock.”
In a statement, Clinton said, “With more attention than ever being paid to public health, we have an opportunity to expand awareness beyond COVID-19 to other real and pervasive issues that impact us all.&#8221;
“On this podcast, I’m looking forward to bringing conversations with some of the smartest and most interesting people I know to a new audience. From stigma to choice to the environment, my hope is that listeners will walk away from each episode informed, entertained, inspired, and with a better understanding of why public health matters — certainly in this moment and always,” she continued.

Bill and Hillary Clinton currently have podcasts that are on the iHeartPodcast Network, as well. Former first lady and Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton recently expanded her work, moving into the new role of political thriller author. According to <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/a-dream-come-true-hillary-clinton-penning-political-thriller-about-terrorist-fighting-secretary-of-state">The Daily Wire</a>, &#8220;Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is co-writing a political thriller about a fictitious Secretary of State who joins the cabinet of a political rival and fights terrorist attacks.&#8221;
The Daily Wire reported:
<blockquote>“The story follows a novice Secretary of State who has joined the administration of her rival, a president inaugurated after four years of American leadership that shrank from the world stage,” a press release from Simon &amp; Schuster explained. “A series of terrorist attacks throws the global order into disarray, and the Secretary is tasked with assembling a team to unravel the deadly conspiracy, a scheme carefully designed to take advantage of an American government dangerously out of touch and out of power in the places where it counts the most.”
Clinton described the opportunity to write a book with Penny as “a dream come true,” adding that she has “relished every one of her books and their characters as well as her friendship. Now we’re joining our experiences to explore the complex world of high stakes diplomacy and treachery. All is not as it first appears.” </blockquote>
Chelsea Clinton has published several children’s books in the past and was also a special correspondent for NBC News in 2013 and 2014. She is also vice chair of the Clinton Foundation and worked at McKinsey &amp; Company and Avenue Capital.
