From 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Monday, pro-abortion organizations used the hashtag #ScaryStats to promote what they believe are scary statistics regarding issues relating to “women’s reproductive health.”
While other interest groups were in on the #ScaryStats hashtag, many were explicitly pro-abortion, including NARAL Pro-Choice America, Planned Parenthood, The DC Abortion Fund, ReproAction, and the National Abortion Federation.
Fortunately, pro-lifers (myself included) hijacked the hashtag, and used it to highlight the horrors of the abortion industry:
