For anyone who has lived under a rock or in their mother’s basement throughout the day, the House of Representatives passed the American Health Care Act (AHCA) in a narrow 217-213 vote. The bill looks to repeal the individual and employer mandates that forced consumers and businesses to enter into a market beyond the scope of the Congress’ interstate commerce power of the Constitution as well as restructure how health care is delivered throughout the United States. It does not fully repeal the Affordable Care Act, but it does significant damage to the crown jewel of big government and the Obama administration.
Naturally, the Democratic Party has descended into its perpetual state of hysteria and chaos. They are claiming that this bill only benefits the rich, would hurt the average American, and would deny millions of people their invisible right to health care. But none of the Democrats’ recycled talking points matched the level of categorical insanity than the following tweet from the Senate’s Moron-in-Chief Kamala Harris (D-CA):
