Forty-year-old Oscar Perez-Rangel, an illegal immigrant who had been previously deported, has been charged with sexually abusing a 12-year-old girl multiple times.
Perez-Rangel allegedly assaulted the girl five times at an in-house daycare in Herndon, Virginia. Although he didn’t run the daycare, he lived in the house out of which the daycare operated, so he had access to the children. It has been reported that the woman who ran the daycare is Perez-Rangel’s girlfriend, although police have been unable to confirm that detail.
