<p>Forty-year-old Oscar Perez-Rangel, an illegal immigrant who had been previously deported, has been charged with sexually abusing a 12-year-old girl multiple times.</p>
<p>Perez-Rangel allegedly assaulted the girl five times at an in-house daycare in Herndon, Virginia. Although he didn&#8217;t run the daycare, he lived in the house out of which the daycare operated, so he had access to the children. It has been <a href="http://kutv.com/news/nation-world/man-once-deported-from-us-accused-of-sexually-abusing-12-year-old-girl-at-va-daycare">reported</a> that the woman who ran the daycare is Perez-Rangel&#8217;s girlfriend, although police have been <a href="http://dcw50.com/2017/04/11/police-deported-felon-arrested-in-sexual-abuse-of-girl-in-daycare/">unable to confirm</a> that detail.</p>
