<p>The man, identified as <a href="http://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/europe/germany-refugees-arrested-terror-syria-jabhat-al-nusra-massacre-36-civilians-war-crime-isis-attacks-a7607226.html">Abdalfatah HA</a>, is believed to have been a part of Jabhat Al-Nusra Front, Syria&#8217;s al-Qaeda affiliate; he conducted the murder of 36 Syrian government workers in 2013 to carry out the orders of a Sharia court. This fits Germany&#8217;s definition of a war crime.</p>
