<p>Always one to inject deep thoughts into any difficult situation, Chelsea Handler is now accusing Donald Trump of &#8220;literally and figuratively&#8221; setting the wildfires raging across the Los Angeles area.</p>
<p>Nearly 200,000 people have been evacuated and more than 200 have lost their homes to the brush fires which have engulfed the Sepulveda Pass in the Santa Monica mountains and now threaten places like Hollywood and Bel Aire. According to local news, parts of west Los Angeles are without power, and local government officials are encouraging further evacuations as high winds are expected to move into the area overnight.</p>
