Anti-White, Anti-Cop Vandalism In Berkeley NOT Deemed ‘Hate Crime’

On Monday afternoon, Ismael Chamu and Peter Estrada were arraigned and presented with formal charges of felony vandalism and misdemeanor possession of tools to commit vandalism. However, one charge was notably missing.
