If it was a joke; it’s wasn’t funny; it wasn’t cute, and if the woman was serious, it actually was downright evil.
Last week, a young woman known as Saipanting posted an alleged pregnancy announcement threatening to get an abortion unless she got enough retweets:
That was followed by the alleged father engaging in an exchange with the pregnant woman, either out of sincerity or playing along with what might have been a "joke" to begin with:
If the pregnant woman was serious, then her tweet reflects an appalling callousness toward her unborn child. If the whole thing was a joke, it was a disgusting display of a need for attention, by both the woman and the supposed father responding.
If the woman actually delivers the baby, will the woman put the picture of her tweet in a frame next to the crib?
