Imagine if the sitting President of the United States, the most powerful man in the world, a man with his finger on the nuclear button and the authority to start wars just because, was a mentally unstable megalomaniac who stole the election and was on the path to murdering his critics and launching a racist Holy War… Would it not be a moral and patriotic act to assassinate this man?

Long before Donald Trump became president, our culture made it clear that murdering dangerous tyrants before they have a chance to become dangerous tyrants, is a righteous and heroic act.

Just last year, CNN itself asked then-presidential candidate Jeb Bush the "Would You Kill Baby Hitler?" question.  Numerous fictional stories have been told on television, movies, and elsewhere, that explore what is presented as an ideal situation.

And now our national media is consciously and regularly sending out messages aimed to portray Trump as a racist, mentally unstable, soon-to-be murderous tyrant.

The left-wing CNN's early push to encourage violence against Trump has already been documented in great detail. CNN's deeply-disturbing and dangerous march continued on Monday, when anchor Jake Tapper described the president as "unmoored."

Unfortunately, that was the least of it.

Without a shred of evidence, both CNN and Newsweek are pushing a conspiracy theory that claims Breitbart News, an outlet connected to Steve Bannon, one of Trump's top aides, paid gangs of thugs and marauders to commit violence against Trump's own supporters in Berkeley, California, last week.

The message being sent with this narrative is that Trump is so dangerous and evil, so similar to Hitler, he is manipulating legions of black-clad thugs to burn and loot cities, and to brutalize his own fans.

Backfilling the Trump-as-Hitler narrative is CNN's relentless push to describe Trump supporters as modern-day Brownshirts, as white supremacists who spread hate.

But it is not just CNN anymore.

NBC News is now firing off assassination dogwhistles, by wondering aloud if Trump could become like Putin and start murdering journalists.

NBC News' Katy Tur:

What is your sense of why [Trump] is going above and beyond -- bending over backwards, if you will -- to stay away from criticizing the Russian president, and to almost give him an excuse… As we know, since 2000, there have been a couple dozen suspicious deaths of journalists in Russia who came out against the government there. Donald Trump has made no secret about going after journalists and his distaste for any news that doesn’t agree with him here. Do you find that this is a dangerous path he is heading down?

USA Today took this even further Monday. In one of the most despicable editorials ever written, USA Today's editors compared Trump's chief advisor, Steve Bannon, to Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the leader of ISIS -- as an unstable religious fanatic desperate for an "apocalyptic" Holy War.

As you read the snippets from the editorial below, keep in mind that the entirety of the national media is now coordinating together in an attempt to portray Bannon as the "real president," as the puppet master controlling Trump's strings…

What does President Trump's chief strategist have in common with the leader of the Islamic State terror group? Both Steve Bannon and Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi share similar world views. Both harbor apocalyptic visions of a clash of civilizations between Islam and the West. … Each man spins a narrative for his followers of sprawling conflict between believers of Prophet Mohammed and followers of Jesus Christ. …

Bannon's populist and nationalistic rhetoric, which seeks to upend the establishment and thrives on chaos. His views influenced the new president's dark and divisive "American carnage" inaugural address[.] …

A White House office could grant Bannon more practical means of turning his overwrought fears into reality. Trump's political adviser has been handed a permanent seat on the National Security Council, where he sits with a like-minded national security adviser, retired Army lieutenant general Michael Flynn. The two men are well-positioned to shape when and where the United States might take military action.

I've known Bannon for ten years. The portrayals of him in the past as a racist and anti-Semite, and now as some sort of genocidal holy warrior against Muslims, is a hysterical media smear, and an intentional one.

Where is the mention of Oz Sultan, the practicing Muslim Bannon has worked with and given a seat at the table? At Breitbart News, Bannon hired and advocated for Raheem Kassam, a man raised by Muslims. This hardly sounds like a paranoid who sees all Muslims as evil -- because he is not.

This may be hard for some of you to swallow, but there is just no question that our national media is actively and intentionally creating an image of Trump similar to that of Martin Sheen in the movie "The Dead Zone," where a heroic Christopher Walken, who can see the future, attempts to assassinate an unstable presidential candidate before he can start a holy war.

Listen, you can laugh all you want and claim that I am over-hyping the evil our national media is capable of. But before you do, ask yourself a few questions…

Ask yourself if the residents of Ferguson and Baltimore believe the media is craven enough to gin up violence in order to further a political cause.

Ask the families of innocent police officers gunned down by those inspired by Black Lives Matter, if the media is willing to motivate assassins.

Ask George Zimmerman if the media isn't willing to break an egg in order to make a social justice omelet.

If, in order to further its agenda, our media is willing to encourage the burning down of small businesses and homes owned by struggling black people, how can anyone possibly believe this same media is not capable of hoping to inspire violence against Trump?

It is just a fact that when you have convinced yourself that absolutely everything is at stake, then you also believe everything is on the table to save the day. The political media today is behaving like a mindless cult working itself into a dangerous and paranoid frenzy.

Murdering journalists? Are you kidding me?

Hey, if you think I'm wrong, then you tell me what happened to the New Tone. You tell me why CNN and the rest are doing what they are doing.

Over the past few years, our media has proven itself entirely capable of every evil imaginable in pursuit of its Ruling Class worldview, and if you haven't already come to terms with how rabidly dangerous our media is, you need to drop the scales from your eyes and….

Take another look around.
