Sunday night on the White House South Lawn, a <a href="https://pbs.twimg.com/media/HK0bqUuXQAAxfnS?format=jpg&amp;name=900x900">spectacle</a> unfolded that was nothing short of triumphant. Hundreds of patriots gathered in absolute awe beneath &#8220;The Claw&#8221; — a 92-foot steel velarium — to watch some of the greatest fighters alive face off in the octagon. The entire evening felt God-ordained. Before the first bell, a double rainbow <a href="https://x.com/bennyjohnson/status/2066360031314870481">ripped</a> across the sky and arched over the crystal-clear reflection pool, as lightning shattered the sunset and broke the horizon into pieces. This believer will note that earlier in the day, a thunderstorm was forecast to drown the whole thing. Instead, it encircled Washington, D.C., as if the hand of God just gently waved it away. The American flag flew high. The U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds and the U.S. Navy Blue Angels roared in a rare &#8220;super delta&#8221; formation over the crowd. And an eagle <a href="https://x.com/UFC_AUSNZ/status/2065956132586463653/video/1">soared</a> above the People&#8217;s House like it had read the room. 
 
Americans of every stripe felt it. The vice president was <a href="https://pbs.twimg.com/media/HK1S1GlXQAAQZHw?format=jpg&amp;name=900x900">hanging</a> out with the Holy Uncle, Pope Leo&#8217;s brother, at ringside. Jack Osbourne was taking <a href="https://x.com/ginamilan_/status/2066525396871385201">selfies</a> in the crowd; the son of British rock royalty, raised on American excess and correctly appreciating what London could never even dream up. D.C. residents flooded the National Mall to catch a glimpse of <a href="https://x.com/KarluskaP/status/2066496869765718371/video/1">“Uncle Trump!”</a> “Cousin Barron,” and the first-ever trillionaire, “Uncle Elon” in the front row. Dana White was <a href="https://x.com/UFConParamount/status/2066317927398150241/video/1">grinning</a> ear to ear as the national anthem rang out from inside the cage. Mark Zuckerberg sat ringside, completely transfixed, getting a front-row education in what the Right has been building while Silicon Valley was busy with content moderation policies. And then Justin Gaethje, wrapped in an American flag, on Flag Day, put on one of the great performances in UFC history — pulling off a stunning fourth-round TKO upset of Ilia Topuria to become undisputed lightweight champion on the most historic stage in the sport&#8217;s 33-year history. Every single fight on the card ended in a <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SBqj3cPhYOc">knockout</a>. Every. Single. One. He made his entrance through the Presidential Walk of Fame, past the bust of Teddy Roosevelt — the president who literally kept a boxing ring in the White House so he could host fights — and you can safely assume TR was smiling down from his likely nature-painted heaven. 
 
This is what patriot-maxxing looks like.
The tide is turning, and you can feel it in your bones. The World Cup is wowing every European who crosses the ocean to visit. The Czech national team <a href="https://pbs.twimg.com/media/HKyWcZ0XsAED0tZ?format=jpg&amp;name=900x900">showed</a> up to the traditional rodeo in Fort Worth — home of the world&#8217;s first indoor rodeo — draped in cowboy hats and grinning in tourist photos. Coca-Cola is making pro-America <a href="https://x.com/trumplicans2024/status/2066241930024169493/video/1">commercials</a> again. German tourists are falling in love and even getting to meet Ella Langley, the country artist who gave us the soundtrack of the summer. Even New Yorkers are in a good <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/knicks-run-away-with-first-nba-finals-win-in-53-years">mood</a>. It&#8217;s a miracle.
Gas prices are <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/one-major-cost-is-falling-fast-after-trump-announces-iran-peace-deal">down</a>. Homicide rates are at decade-low <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/leavitt-highlights-historic-crime-decline-as-murder-rate-hits-lowest-level-since-1900">numbers</a>. Middle-class Americans are getting <a href="https://www.wsj.com/opinion/the-american-middle-class-keeps-getting-richer-7f57dcff">richer,</a> and citizens in every income bracket are actually <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/the-middle-class-is-dying-claim-doesnt-hold-up-against-one-key-reality">gaining</a> ground. Illegal border crossings are functionally over. The government is leaner, the fraud is disappearing, and the White House is bathed in red, white, and blue, instead of the <a href="https://x.com/rightsidefreee/status/2066340656033755365/photo/1">rainbow</a>.
But here&#8217;s the thing. That&#8217;s not why Americans feel the way they do right now.
They feel triumphant because President Trump has purged the apologetic rot. The culture of managed decline, the ideological mandate to be ashamed of your own country, the iron-fisted insistence that Americans adopt and celebrate a set of destructive, anti-American values or be canceled into silence — all of it has been cleared from the capital like the storm that missed the South Lawn. What&#8217;s replaced it is a roaring, unapologetic resurgence of American exceptionalism, and the whole world showed up in Washington this weekend to watch it.
It almost didn&#8217;t happen. We were one bullet, one slight turn of the head, away from none of this being possible. Without that, a tipsy Kamala Harris would have hosted off-key <a href="https://x.com/AF_Insight/status/2066339716060856673/video/1">progressive sing-alongs</a> ad nauseam. Flag Day would have meant a different kind of flag. America 250 would have felt about as patriotic as Greta Thunberg at a Canadian carbon credit summit. Our institutions, our founders, our national pride would have been continually <a href="https://pbs.twimg.com/media/HK1jI1NXsAA6e9j?format=jpg&amp;name=900x900">mocked</a> and dismantled by those who believe the country&#8217;s greatest achievement is feeling guilty about itself.
And what did the Left offer last night? We’re still trying to make sense of it.
Ms. Rachel, the children&#8217;s YouTube personality who has spent recent weeks leading protest sing-alongs outside a Newark ICE facility, singing her walls down until &#8220;everyone is free&#8221; — was counter-<a href="https://x.com/Acyn/status/2066317910784778665/video/1">programming</a> the UFC. Jane Fonda, Bette Midler, Joy Reid, and Robert De Niro <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YdyVmofQxy4">staged</a> something called &#8220;Rise Up, Sing Out: A Concert for the First Amendment&#8221; at a New York City theater. It pulled a few thousand views on YouTube. De Niro <a href="https://www.aol.com/articles/robert-niro-says-t-love-180229198.html">informed</a> the audience that he &#8220;can&#8217;t love&#8221; his country. Joy Reid did what Joy Reid does. The whole thing was billed as their version of resistance.
It was about as threatening as a soggy pamphlet.
The Left couldn&#8217;t sell out a mid-sized concert hall while over <a href="https://krdo.com/news/2026/06/13/crowds-flock-to-white-house-ellipse-for-fan-event-ahead-of-ufc-fight/#:~:text=Organizers%20have%20allotted%20about%2085%2C000,I%20like%20the%20atmosphere.">85,000 </a>Americans stood on the Ellipse watching the greatest night in UFC history unfold live on the lawn of the White House. That contrast isn&#8217;t incidental. That is the entire argument.
They’re unable to comprehend the sort of joy that we are feeling right now. They can’t imagine why on God’s green earth we are animated about this Americanism. They don’t understand the <a href="https://pbs.twimg.com/media/HK1D_-nXUAAFjTc?format=jpg&amp;name=900x900">aura</a> because they&#8217;re shrouded in hatred, convinced that American greatness is a myth worth unlearning.
They were wrong. Last night proved it, in high definition, with knockouts. 
 
This week in America, we saw visiting Japanese traditions celebrated alongside our own. We saw Scots in kilts, Czechs in cowboy hats, and Germans singing along to country music. We saw the beauty of distinct cultures, each formed separately and mutually appreciated, all showcasing the best of what they&#8217;ve got on American soil. This is what we fight for. This sense of freedom, pure patriotism, unadulterated oomf. The understanding that here you can do anything and be anyone. That excellence is not a liability. That strength is not something to apologize for.
Caesar didn&#8217;t apologize. He gave the citizens a vision of absolute, unyielding greatness. Let the critics call it bread and circuses. The history books will record this weekend as the moment America 250 looked the world in the eye and remembered exactly who it is.
The rot has been cleared. The boundaries are secure. The era of managing decline is over.

Mansion-marxist Hasan Piker just dropped $6,500 on seats at Madison Square Garden to watch NBA history unfold in real time. Then he went on his Twitch stream to <a href="https://x.com/HasansOldTweets/status/2065279520278556840">complain</a> about them.
&#8220;We dumped a decent amount of money for these seats,&#8221; he told his audience, visibly wounded. The seats &#8220;weren&#8217;t great, either.&#8221; The angle was bad. And when the Jumbotron rolled its celebrity list? His name wasn&#8217;t on it.
I know. We’re grieving with him during these trying times.
Let&#8217;s be very clear about who Piker is, because if you only follow the NBA and don&#8217;t spend time in the fever swamps of the online Left, you may not have had the distinct displeasure.
He is a multi-millionaire Twitch streamer, nephew of Young Turks founder Cenk Uygur, born in New Jersey, raised in Istanbul, educated in America, and perpetually furious at the country that made him rich. He has a $2.74 million West Hollywood home. He streams 10-hour political tirades against capitalism, billionaires, and wealth inequality, then logs off and counts his Twitch subscription revenue.
He has called communism the &#8220;honorable end goal&#8221; of socialism. He has said America &#8220;deserved 9/11.&#8221; He wants the streets to soak in capitalist blood. He has cheered the death of CEOs and carried water for Hamas and the Houthis. He is, in his own words, the Left&#8217;s answer to Joe Rogan. Which is, in every way, shape, and form, an insult to Joe Rogan.
And he was at Game four of the NBA Finals. Complaining.
The communists of 2026 are the most tone-deaf, hypocritical morons in modern political history, and we should point and laugh at them until they cower away for good.
If you recall, Piker is the useful idiot who flew to <a href="https://www.instagram.com/reels/DWWnL_tuHWe/'">Cuba</a> in March to campaign alongside socialists, met with the tyrannical regime, and put it all on his live-stream — all while <a href="https://www.instagram.com/reels/DWWnL_tuHWe/">donning</a> $1,500 Cartier sunglasses, a $3,000 Cartier ring, and a $700 button-up.
While he and other activists streamed from facilities with reliable electricity and air conditioning, much of the island was enduring blackouts lasting over 20 hours a day. Though he too experienced shaky internet (that darn communism), he declared Cuba &#8220;officially one of my favorite places,&#8221; and described 11 million locals suffering through rolling daily blackouts <a href="https://www.wfmd.com/2026/03/25/left-wing-influencer-downplays-cuba-blackouts-worsening-shortages-people-are-partying/">as people who were partying and &#8220;just chilling.&#8221;</a> Island mindset! Cuban exiles called his visit a &#8220;colossal mockery.&#8221; They were being generous.
When critics clocked the obvious hypocrisy of <a href="https://www-ak-ms.foxnews.com/politics/far-left-activists-stay-5-star-cuban-hotel-island-suffers-total-blackout.print">staying</a> in a five-star Gran Hotel Bristol Meliá Collection while preaching solidarity with the working poor, Piker claimed U.S. law forced his hand. This was laughable, and not to mention illegal. U.S. law prevents Americans from staying at venues owned by the Cuban government, not at private or more affordable lodgings. He lied. And kept the government-funded suite. Sure enough, Hasan later admitted to <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/flashback-hasan-piker-admitted-to-colluding-with-cuban-regime-a-year-before-feds-investigated?row=0&amp;elementPosition=8&amp;rowType=Web+Search">colluding with the Cuban government</a> to plan his trip to Cuba.
When challenged on the wealth question more broadly, he delivered this nauseating line: <a href="https://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/world/us-streamers/id-rather-be-a-rich-socialist-than-a-broke-boy-defending-capitalism-hasan-piker-fires-back-at-critics/articleshow/125599284.cms">&#8220;I&#8217;d rather be a rich socialist than a broke boy defending capitalism.&#8221;</a>
Ah. There it is. The quiet part screamed out loud. He&#8217;s not confused. He&#8217;s not ignorant. He knows exactly what he&#8217;s doing. He wants to seize the wealth that free markets produce — just for himself and his team. Capitalism for me, communism for thee. History calls this tyranny. Orwell wrote a whole book about it. It had a pig on the cover.
And unfortunately, my poor, credulous Generation Z is <a href="https://x.com/i/status/2065193404917600557">eating</a> it up. Or, at least, any atheist, unmarried Gen Zers who are still <a href="https://overtoninsights.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/Party-and-Demographic-Crosstabs-May-2026-Overton-Insights-Poll.pdf">living in their parents&#8217; basement</a>.
Because Hasan and Communist Inc. are charming, and because being quixotic and promising people free things is the oldest trick in the political book. Mayor Zohran Mamdani will promise free buses and deliver higher fares, more stabbings, and taxpayer-funded gender transitions. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez will promise to tax the rich until they leave, and then she has to tax you. The octogenarian Senator Bernie Sanders has been promising free healthcare from one of his three vacation homes since before most of his supporters were born. The promise is always free. The delivery is always costly.
But here&#8217;s what&#8217;s heartening about his ultimate humbling. The arena didn&#8217;t know his name. The jumbotron didn&#8217;t blink. He was in the same building as Taylor Swift and Donald Trump … why would the crowd care about a millionaire in a Keffiyeh? The celebrity list moved on without him. New York City — his adopted ideological home, Mamdani’s fiefdom — looked right past him.
For now, we’re still okay. The world doesn’t know about the <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/the-pied-piker-is-leading-all-the-anti-american-vermin?author=Chloe+Trapanotto&amp;category=News&amp;elementPosition=12&amp;row=0&amp;rowType=Vertical+List&amp;title=The+Pied+Piker+Is+Leading+All+The+Anti-American+Vermin">Pied Piker</a>. Americans haven’t succumbed to his Marxist ideology or adopted his gleeful contempt for their own country.
He is still just a loser and a streamer. Dwelling in his online rabbit holes, follower counts, and in the warm bath of people who already agree with him.
On Monday night at Madison Square Garden, he was just a guy in an expensive seat who decided he liked basketball the moment his socialist <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/DIJlcjEOY-4/">boyfriend</a> did.
The jumbotron saw Hasan Piker and moved on. So should we.

The first time I showed up to the field, I had a water bottle and a tiny ball. I was wearing a tiny drawstring bag on my back, tiny cleats, and tiny shin guards. My hair was pulled up in a ponytail my mom did for me 15 minutes earlier. We were running late — as our family always was.
I was the eldest of three girls and the first in my family — but definitely not the last — to lace up and try grasshopper soccer. It was the thing to do in a small, rural farm town in Pennsylvania. My teammates and I would scramble up the rolling hills to reach the top of the park where our field waited. That field watched us grow into bigger children, but never fully grown. We&#8217;d always still be kids at heart, running amok on those green grasses.
Those were the best days.
My love for the game only deepened as I became a teenager and then a young woman. I played through high school, club soccer, academies, and camps. It was grueling and it was everything. It was where I formed my lifelong friendships. Where I learned to respect adults, teammates, and competitors. It was where I learned some of life&#8217;s most valuable lessons.
The field saw us laugh, cry, gallop, embrace, puke, scream, and smile. It raised us. It molded us. Soccer is what made me the woman I am today — and that sentiment rings true for millions of men and women across the United States and around the globe.
Which is why it fills me with something close to pure joy that the Mecca of soccer has found me again. The World Cup is here. Today, the games begin on our home turf. And I cannot help but feel immensely proud.
The greatest sporting event in the world has come to the greatest country in the world.
Nobody is appreciating it better right now than a young German man on X who goes by <a href="https://x.com/FreddyLA7/status/2065101101288833334/video/1">Freddy</a>. He&#8217;s a Ronaldo aficionado, which already makes him controversial in his home country — being that Ronaldo hails from Portugal and has played for many of Germany’s rival teams — and he&#8217;s spending six weeks traveling through the U.S. and our 51st state, Canada, in honor of the World Cup.
Freddy and his crew began their American pilgrimage in Atlanta, and his enthusiasm for this nation — and for the daily joys we&#8217;ve long taken for granted — has been exactly what the moment called for. He says Atlanta &#8220;feels like you&#8217;re in a forest the whole time.&#8221; He tracked down the filming locations of the television series Stranger Things. He made a stop at what he called the &#8220;motherland&#8221; — Taco Bell. He visited Walmart for the first time and treated it like a cathedral. He gave Waffle House a 10 out of 10. He drove through the mountains of Georgia, marveling that the houses were &#8220;insane&#8221; and that the views from Brasstown Bald reminded him of a rainforest. He stumbled into a German village that made him feel right at home. He wound through the Smokies listening to Ella <a href="https://x.com/FreddyLA7/status/2064843218361991363">Langley</a> on repeat. In Alabama, a hotel receptionist offered to drive his group to their destination just to spare them the rain, and Freddy posted that he loved Americans. At Auburn, a bald eagle <a href="https://x.com/FreddyLA7/status/2064514871685710295/video/1">soared</a> over their heads as the stadium erupted — and Freddy <a href="https://x.com/FreddyLA7/status/2064530727807463920">wrote</a>: &#8220;This is the most &#8216;the European mind cannot comprehend this&#8217; moment of my life. One of my friends said, &#8216;Punch me five times tomorrow and I&#8217;ll still think this isn&#8217;t real.'&#8221;
Welcome, friend. We love that you love it.

Monday, our military executed a remarkable rescue mission after a U.S. helicopter was <a href="https://x.com/NewYork_Insight/status/2064336193052131349/video/1">shot</a> down by Iranians, a display of American capability and resolve that our enemies will soon regret. A bipartisan <a href="https://x.com/ufc/status/2065047672688398483/video/1">brawl</a> — a genuine, celebratory bro-down — is reportedly set for the White House lawn to mark the president&#8217;s 80th birthday. Teddy Roosevelt would <a href="https://ussporthistory.com/2016/11/21/sparring-in-the-white-house-theodore-roosevelt-race-and-boxing/">approve</a>.
And in less than a month, America turns 250 years old, and the world is here to watch us celebrate.
Two and a half centuries. This experiment, this audacious bet on human freedom and self-governance, is still running. That is something to boast about.
The Left will bemoan our joy and America’s success. They always do. They&#8217;ll call it manufactured. They&#8217;ll find the darkness in the fireworks. Let them. Individual liberty is not a punchline. The pursuit of happiness is still legal.
And best of all, we have the World Cup.
We have soccer — a sport played by over a <a href="https://www.forsoccer.com/insight/soccer-participation-in-the-united-states/">quarter</a> of American kids, in farm towns and cities and suburbs, on fields that raise us and mold us and watch us become who we are. A sport that means freedom and innocence and dreams for so many of us. A sport that, against all odds, can pull the entire world together in a moment when we seem very far apart.
The games are about to begin. The sun is out. The birds are chirping. Our guests are glad to be here.

The knife went two inches into Austin Metcalf&#8217;s chest. It punctured his heart. He died in his twin brother&#8217;s arms. But sure, Jasmine. Tell us more about your agony.
It is 2026. A sitting congresswoman is claiming victimhood by melanin levels, while the family whose son was stabbed to death at a high school track meet (for the crime of asking someone to leave his team&#8217;s tent) is told their grief doesn&#8217;t measure up. The sheer audacity is not just appalling. It&#8217;s a window into everything that is rotting this country from the inside out.
The Democratic Party&#8217;s race-based suicidal empathy, its fanatical prioritization of &#8220;equity&#8221; over equal opportunity, and its color-coded dismissal of crime isn&#8217;t just a policy failure. It&#8217;s a suicide pact for civilization itself. When skin color determines who gets leniency and who gets the book thrown at them, you don&#8217;t get justice. You get dead innocents and a society tearing itself apart.
The Left went soft on crime to make certain statistics look better on paper. Never mind that FBI <a href="https://ucr.fbi.gov/crime-in-the-u.s/2019/crime-in-the-u.s.-2019/topic-pages/tables/table-43">data</a> shows black Americans, who make up 13% of the population, account for over 50% of homicide perpetrators. Never mind that the overwhelming majority of black victims are killed by other black perpetrators; a crisis the Left refuses to address with any of the urgency it reserves for racial theatrics. The problem isn&#8217;t data; the problem is that acknowledging it disrupts the narrative.
Suicidal empathy has consequences. <a href="https://www.wbtv.com/2026/05/15/charlotte-light-rail-stabbing-spurs-push-for-cashless-bail-reporting/">Iryna Zarutska</a> was a 23-year-old Ukrainian refugee who fled war and came to America looking for safety. She was stabbed to death on a Charlotte light rail train in August 2025 by Decarlos Brown, Jr. A man who had been arrested 14 times and released under cashless bail on a misdemeanor charge despite a documented history of violence and mental illness. North Carolina Democrats&#8217; soft-on-crime policies put him back on the street. Their indifference put him on that train. North Carolina eventually passed Iryna&#8217;s Law, but Iryna was already dead.
Karmelo Anthony, meanwhile, is publicly defended by a sitting congresswoman who essentially told the world she&#8217;d have done the same thing.
But reverse the races. Imagine a white boy who stabbed a black boy. The Left would be burning cities down quicker than Graham Platner cheating on his new bride.
They don&#8217;t want equal opportunity. They want equal outcomes. And they&#8217;ve been engineering it since the Marxists swapped class warfare for identity warfare. Kamala Harris, Jasmine Crockett, Karl Marx, and Herbert Marcuse all imbibe from the same poisonous well: the world is divided into the oppressors and the oppressed, and the only solution to this is dismantling the oppressors by any means necessary. Marcuse preached that tolerance should be granted to the Left and denied to the Right. Today&#8217;s Democrats live that sentiment daily.
DEI quotas that punish merit, affirmative action that lowers standards, and reparations talk that treats success as theft. The formula is simple: if the right protected class isn&#8217;t &#8220;harmed,&#8221; the hounds stay quiet. But let a white man succeed, or God forbid, defend himself against a protected-class attacker? The mob descends.
This rot has seeped into schools, corporations, and courtrooms for decades. Class struggle became racial struggle, and &#8220;equity&#8221; became the new holy grail. Achieved, naturally, by punishing the productive and excusing the violent.
And how&#8217;s that working out? It&#8217;s killing us.
Iryna Zarutska is dead because Democrats let her killer out of jail on a promise to show up to court. Austin Metcalf is dead because a young man was raised on a toxic diet of victimhood and anti-white grievance that convinced him that being shoved deserved a retaliatory knife in the chest. In New York City, a homeless veteran is dead because soft-on-crime policies sprung a career criminal from jail too early. Seventeen-year-old Tyson <a href="https://www.cbsnews.com/minnesota/news/tyson-goodsell-murder-charges-north-mankato-minnesota/">Goodsell</a> was shot dead in Minnesota in May 2026 by Somali gangs. 
Across the pond, your crystal ball for America in 20 years, 18-year-old Henry Nowak bled out on a sidewalk after his killer stabbed him with a ceremonial blade, lied to the police, and called Nowak a racist, and watched British officers handcuff the dying boy instead of calling an ambulance. This week, a Sudanese asylum seeker nearly <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/DZY0T5WpfN8/">beheaded</a> a man on a Belfast street.
That is what the Left&#8217;s tolerance is doing to us. Blood in the bleachers. Blood on the subway. Blood on the sidewalks. Blood on the streets of Belfast.
And Jasmine Crockett, instead of fighting any of it or addressing why black children are born out of wedlock at nearly <a href="https://ceousa.org/2020/02/26/percentage-of-births-to-unmarried-women/">70</a>% — a rate that study after study links directly to youth violence and crime — instead of cracking down on the criminals devastating her own community, she defends them. Because the theory says to. The theory that law and order are oppression. That family structure is a tool of the patriarchy. That borders are violence. That Western civilization and whites are the villains. That it all needs to be burned down.
The Left is allowing a pervasive and destructive ideology to hollow out this nation. It used to be visible. You could see the consequences of communism and Marxism in famines and gulags. Now it&#8217;s invisible. It lives in lesson plans, corporate training manuals, and the phones in our children&#8217;s hands. It has useful idiots like Jasmine Crockett STILL defending killers by race. STILL dismissing victims by creed. STILL seeing in color only.
It echoes the OJ Simpson verdict, the moment black women <a href="https://x.com/EndWokeness/status/2064498502625849406/video/1">cheered</a> an acquittal not because justice was served, but because it felt good to see “someone who is rich and famous, and black” get away with it. Justice wasn’t the point. Keeping score was.
Enough.
Stop letting people who seek destruction lead our institutions. Be a builder.
Stop being a victim, take what you&#8217;ve been given, and do something worthy with it.
Karmelo Anthony deserved his sentence. Austin Metcalf deserved to live. It didn&#8217;t matter what either of them looked like. The reality is that both of these young men deserved to grow up, live past their teenage years, and build something meaningful in the freest nation on earth. That is no longer possible for either of them.
If we want a society where young men actually make it, we need to raise them differently. In nuclear homes. With faith. With gratitude and decency. With the understanding that the world owes them nothing and that building something requires virtue, not grievance.
Jasmine Crockett, I can&#8217;t wait for you to retire. In your newfound free time, I hope you at least attempt to understand all of this.

Imagine it&#8217;s 75 degrees and sunny, you&#8217;re outside with friends, <a href="https://nypost.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2026/06/l-r-martin-rowe-jr-130317651.jpg?resize=1200,800&amp;quality=75&amp;strip=all">gumbo</a> sizzlin’ on the cooker, cold Modelo in hand. Not a care, not a job, not a clue. You just registered to vote by scratching a few signatures on a pamphlet, cast a ballot for God-knows-who, and, for your devout civic duty, you are rewarded with a cigarette.
Inhale, exhale. The smoke blows across the pavement and eventually dissolves into the view of ethereal skies and the rolling, smoggy silhouette of the Hollywood Hills.
That, folks, is a typical Monday for a homeless crack junkie in Los Angeles.
Last week, the L.A. mayoral race was officially called, and to voters&#8217; consternation, Mayor Karen Bass and City Councilwoman Nithya Raman will advance to the November 3 runoff, as neither candidate cleared 50% of the vote. Spencer Pratt, the Angeleno whose house burned down during the Palisades Fire, who was running as an independent to prevent further destruction from devastating the city he cares so deeply for, was edged out of the race a week after Election Day.
<a href="https://nypost.com/2026/06/08/us-news/nithya-raman-widens-lead-over-spencer-pratt-in-la-mayor-race/">Monday&#8217;s count </a>added another 33,378 votes to Raman&#8217;s total overnight, while Pratt gained only 14,672 and Bass added a further 25,121. Raman now sits at 28.5%, Pratt at 26.7%, and Bass at 34.7%, with 93% of votes counted. Pratt lost by a whisker. And he lost it to a ballot-harvesting machine that has been humming along, legally, for years.
This is enraging for a plethora of reasons. The two victorious candidates are radicals who would each continue grinding the once-angelic city to a sadistic pulp.<a href="https://www.cbsnews.com/losangeles/news/los-angeles-county-measure-er-election-day/"> A tax-increase measure</a> on the ballot also passed. And the entire election process looked about as legitimate as a three-dollar bill, corroding what little public trust remained in California&#8217;s voting systems.
But the cherry on top of this feces-pie? The homeless. The thousands of homeless people plaguing the streets of L.A. voted in bulk for the communists and to raise your taxes.
Yes. The drug addicts who cannot make salient life decisions, and as a result are unhoused, as the idiots say, are playing a consequential role in how California is governed.
It’s a simple and ingenious scheme, if you&#8217;re into large-scale <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/DZYOe76v7PI/">legalized fraud</a>.
Candidates like Nithya Raman funnel money, reportedly in the form of <a href="https://nypost.com/2026/06/08/us-news/nithya-raman-widens-lead-over-spencer-pratt-in-la-mayor-race/">$60,000 checks</a>, into homeless shelters where hundreds of people are registered to vote. Democratic NGOs host voter registration drives at those same centers, coerce the residents into signing up, help them fill out the paperwork, and cast ballots on the Democrats&#8217; behalf. Then a useful idiot collects the stack and drops them off at a ballot drop box on behalf of the coke zombies.
This isn&#8217;t speculation. The California Post reported that 1,160 voters were registered to vote at the Midnight Mission in Skid Row, a shelter whose website lists a capacity for just 84 men and 36 women. One homeless man living on that skidmark street told reporters that voter registration efforts have been active in the area for years, and that in the past, he helped out in exchange for cigarettes.
Inhale. Exhale. Democracy.
These people have no idea who is even on the ballot. They are doing, ingesting, saying anything for drugs and a little cash. They have no idea they just propelled a Cuban Marxist-trained communist and her even further Left friend into the next round of the mayoral race.
They also have no idea their ballots helped push through the Essential Services Restoration Act, a countywide general sales tax measure that is now passing with 50.35% of the vote. It raises the sales tax rate from 9.75% to 10.25%, stacked on top of whatever cities are already picking from your pocket. The billion dollars expected to be grabbed go into the general fund.
Great. So they can spend more of your money &#8220;generally&#8221; transing the kids and &#8220;generally&#8221; handing out heroin needles to crack addicts.
The measure was losing. Then, a week after election day, just enough tax-enthused mail-in ballots materialized to flip it. Funny how that keeps happening.
For those more confused than Gavin Newsom trying to read a book, here is the legal fraud playbook, written a long time ago in California, and only now getting the outrage it deserves.
In 2016, ballot harvesting was expanded and made fully legal. So John Democrat Doe from down the street can walk into a homeless shelter, scoop up a couple of hundred ballots from willing methheads, and dump them at the polls on their behalf.
In 2021, universal vote-by-mail was permanently enshrined, mandating that every active registered voter receive a ballot by mail automatically. You fill it out, sit on it, and drop it off whenever you feel like it. And as Steve Hilton pointed out, you fill in the date yourself. So if you&#8217;re a day or two past election day and need to backdate things a little, well, who&#8217;s really gonna know?
In 2024, Newsom signed Senate Bill 1174, banning local municipalities from enacting their own voter ID requirements.
Hilarious. They literally banned voter ID. They don&#8217;t want to know who you are or what you are. Only that you are welcome here, rainbow sunshine, as you are.
Maybe they&#8217;d warm up to the idea if we just mandated everyone to put their pronouns next to their name.
And to top it all off, California refuses to clean its voter rolls. People are casting ballots on behalf of folks like <a href="https://x.com/nickshirleyy/status/2063731800334021085/video/1">Dorris</a>, who is registered as a 126-year-old and has apparently voted in 51 elections without her knowledge. There’s a good chance that a portion of Raman’s voters weren’t alive to see her win. Bummer.
By 2024, upwards of 87% of voters were casting their ballots by mail.
This is the environment. And into that environment, unions and nonprofits like the Democratic Socialists of America have sent their organizers armed with <a href="https://x.com/mottsmith/status/2064032442043043862/photo/1">explicit instructions</a> on how to harvest as many Democratic votes as possible. The operation generates thousands upon thousands of ballots for their preferred candidates, systematically, election cycle after election cycle.
But showing up to a voting booth in a MAGA hat? That would be insane.
This is legalized corruption, unfolding in plain sight. It is resulting in homeless zombies unknowingly making decisions that affect your tax dollars, your family, your safety, and your governance. It is resulting in increasingly radical, far-left candidates seizing the levers of power in one of America&#8217;s largest cities.
Democrats love to hurl the &#8220;undemocratic!&#8221; stone from their glass Marxist mansions.
The ballots are being harvested. The rolls are rotting. The shelters are stuffed with registered voters who couldn&#8217;t pick Nithya Raman out of a lineup. And every cycle, the machine gets a little more efficient, a little more brazen, and a little harder to stop.
It&#8217;s time we did something about it. Starting by demanding the basic election-integrity safeguards that every other functioning democracy on earth takes for granted. Voter ID. Clean rolls. An end to ballot harvesting. California doesn&#8217;t want those things, and now you know exactly why.

They must have missed it because they just doubled down.
The New Yorker says Graham Platner, the baritone communist running for Senate in Maine, who is now facing allegations of physical abuse and sexual misconduct, indeed has a problem: He’s “too authentic.”
Ha. He’s authentic alright. An authentic a**hole.
How’s this for authenticity? <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/lets-platten-this-graham-cracker?author=Chloe+Trapanotto&amp;category=News&amp;elementPosition=11&amp;row=0&amp;rowType=Vertical+List&amp;title=Let%E2%80%99s+Platten+This+Graham+Cracker">Sexting multiple women</a> on a child-predator-coded messaging app within months of his wedding, physically intimidating past girlfriends, getting a Totenkopf tattoo because the symbolism struck him as fitting, publicly wishing that Purple Heart veterans would die in combat, and admitted that if someone broke into his home, he would “rape them to show I’m dominant.” (Authentically gay, maybe.) All that is just “authentic baggage.” The New Yorker goes on to argue there are “unresolved questions” about who Graham Platner really is. Are there? He’s a self-described communist who masturbates to phallic erotic images in porta-potties. He called rural Maine voters “racist and stupid” and campaigned on “F*ck these cops.”
He’s not a mystery. He’s not an onion we need to peel. For the love of everything, we beg him to keep all his layers on. He’s shown us who he is. An authentic a**hole.
Here’s what Democrats and the New Yorker, in their finite wisdom, apparently believe: that Graham Platner, hirsute and tattooed and foul-mouthed, was the secret to winning over Right-wing men. Slap a flannel on a Harvard-adjacent oyster farmer, film him splitting wood, have him drop a few F-bombs over a brewski, and watch the dumb rednecks come a-runnin’.
That’s all Republicans are to the liberal media. Stupid. Reactionary. Easy. The kind of voters who forgave the evil Trump, so surely they’ll forgive anything with a pulse and a pickup truck.
Democrats don’t take the time to actually meet Republican men because they don’t think they need to. For years, they banked on reliable coalitions to carry them across the finish line. Now those coalitions are fracturing because their policies are heinous, and they’re in a panic. So they need men. Real ones, working-class ones, men with rough edges and war stories (not Anti-military veteran vs. The Throne King war stories). But instead of finding one, they manufactured one. Graham Platner, Hotchkiss dropout, grandson of a prominent architect and D.C. bar regular, put on the costume and played the part. Henry Higgins cosplaying as a dock worker.
Republican men aren’t Graham Platner. They’re nothing like him. They’re not performing ruggedness for a camera. If they’re rugged, it’s because they’re living it. And they can spot a fake.
As for The New Yorker, what a pathetic attempt at salvaging this campaign. They wouldn’t know authenticity if it smashed into them at 70 mph.
Kamala Harris was one of the most hollow candidates in modern political history. She bypassed a primary, leaped onto Joe’s crumbling throne, and the public quickly discovered she was inept, pompous, and unbearably rehearsed. Unless she wasn’t rehearsed enough, and then you got something like “We must work together to work together to work &#8230; the significance of the passage of time, right? The significance of the passage of time. So, when you think about it, there is great significance to the passage of time.” She was most relatable when she was visibly tipsy. We’ve all mostly been there, at least.
Hillary Clinton called half the country “deplorable.” James Talarico is a man in a flannel cosplaying as a less convincing Pete Buttigieg in a flannel, who was recently photographed grimacing over barbecue after a previous campaign pledge to run a “meat-free” Texas Senate campaign. Tim Walz dispatched on a PR hunting trip that looked about as organic as a man in a dress. Graham Platner, “oyster farmer,” has one primary commercial customer: his mother’s restaurant. He wears flannels to look dumber, because he thinks voters are dumb.
None of these people are authentic. They’re poorly branded. And when the media labels them authentic anyway, they’re not paying you a compliment. They’re telling you exactly what they think of you.
Moreover, the New Yorker kindly reminds us of the double standards on display.
Pete Hegseth: Combat veteran, Ivy League graduate, Fox News host. Has a Jerusalem Cross tattooed on his chest. According to progressives, that makes him a Nazi. Donald Trump? Nazi. George W. Bush? They called him Hitler with a Texan accent. Elon Musk made an awkward gesture at a conference and triggered a week of think pieces about fascism. But Graham Platner has an actual SS Totenkopf tattoo, the insignia worn by units that ran concentration camps, and the New Yorker calls it &#8220;authentic baggage.&#8221;
Awesome.
And then there are the women.
Jean Carroll, who has <a href="https://x.com/atensnut/status/2061091208848371780/video/1">described</a> rape as &#8220;sexy&#8221; and whose account of an alleged assault in a Bergdorf Goodman dressing room contained no date, no corroboration, and a history that raised serious credibility questions, was treated as unimpeachable. Believe all women. To doubt her was to enable abuse. We were told this <a href="https://x.com/MichaelARothman/status/2063754144192881060">repeatedly</a>, loudly, and by the very same politicians now lining up behind Graham Platner.
The New York Times interviewed three women who described Platner&#8217;s behavior as physically intimidating, emotionally abusive, and &#8220;unsettling.&#8221; One shared a <a href="https://www.nytimes.com/2026/06/04/us/politics/platner-maine-senate-girlfriends-relationships.html">diary</a> entry from 2016 in which she called him &#8220;the most toxic literally abusive man on earth who destroyed my life.&#8221; Hakeem Jeffries, AOC, Ro Khanna: crickets. Believe all women, apparently, has an asterisk. *Unless they&#8217;re accusing a Democrat we need.
The media that would burn a Republican’s house down over a bad tweet is running full cover for this man. Because he has a (D) next to his name. Anybody else tired of this? Because #MeToo.
For argument&#8217;s sake, let&#8217;s grant the New Yorker its premise. Let&#8217;s say Graham Platner is exactly who he appears to be. No performance. No artifice. The real deal!

He has a Nazi tattoo he claims not to have understood, even though, by his own account, his unit adopted it specifically because they were killers and the symbolism felt apt. And yet the man with the Jerusalem Cross tattooed in faith is the fascist.
It was never about the tattoo. It was never about the women. It&#8217;s about the letter next to the name.
At least the New Yorker was right about one thing. Authenticity is the coin of the realm, and Graham Platner is a wooden nickel.

Something strange happened overnight in Los Angeles, and the internet <a href="https://x.com/Milajoy/status/2062639953792897268">noticed</a>.
Karen Bass and Nithya Raman each saw their vote totals surge by over 10,000 votes while the sun was down and people were asleep. Meanwhile, Spencer Pratt, the only candidate with a coherent plan to rescue a city drowning in vagrancy, methamphetamine, fire, and fecal matter, apparently received zero votes out of more than 20,000 cast.
Zero. Not one. Statistically, that is not an anomaly. That is an impossibility.
As for the gubernatorial race: days after election night, only 60% of ballots have been counted, with several million votes still outstanding. We do not yet know which mayoral or gubernatorial candidates will advance to the runoff. We may not know for weeks. Or months. Or, at the rate California operates, sometime before the next Ice Age.
California&#8217;s voting system is not broken by accident. It is meticulously designed to corrode public trust, and it is succeeding. Here is exactly how they did it.
California operates the most mail-in-dependent <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/california-is-notoriously-slow-for-counting-elections-heres-why?row=0&amp;elementPosition=1&amp;rowType=Web+Search+Overlay">voting system</a> in the country. Every registered voter automatically receives a ballot. Ballots can be postmarked on election day itself and still accepted up to seven days later. Counties then have weeks to verify signatures and process returns. &#8220;Election Day&#8221; in California is less of a civic event and more of a suggestion, a starting pistol for a bureaucratic marathon that ends whenever the state decides it&#8217;s done.
California must have a case of dyslexia like their governor, Gavin Newscum, because they saw “Election Day” and read “months.”
The predictable consequence, which is not a coincidence, is that Republicans routinely lead on election night, only to watch their margins dissolve as weeks of late mail-in ballots roll in and &#8220;flip&#8221; the race.
It tends to feel like officials just wait to call elections until enough of their blue mail-in ballots come through the mail. Whether that is intentional coordination or simply negligent design that consistently benefits one party is, at this point, a distinction without a difference.
<a href="https://x.com/RonDeSantis/status/2062336024022274241">Florida</a> processes over 10 million votes in a single evening with paper ballots and same-day results. California, home of Silicon Valley, Stanford, and the most vaunted tech economy on the planet, cannot finalize an election before the next one is scheduled.
The state that puts a computer in your pocket cannot count ballots in a week.
In a world where you can design elections for speed and trust, it raises the question of why you wouldn’t, unless you had ill intentions, which California Democrats do.
They’ve rigged election law to favor their own candidates, and the machine is able to coordinate its institutions and nonprofit apparatus to reap votes. It’s legalized and sophisticated fraud. We’re watching it happen.
They’ve perfected the ballot harvesting game, where a third party can collect and submit an unlimited number of ballots with almost no oversight. Unions, Democratic Socialists of America chapters, activist networks, homeless-service groups, and the entire institutional apparatus of the California Left operate sophisticated, well-funded, voter-contact operations that collect and deliver ballots at scale.
They know exactly which precincts to target, which populations to harvest, and precisely when to submit to maximize impact.
They could just channel this energy towards, I don’t know, simply putting up normal candidates, but that would apparently be insane.
Republicans, who do not have an equivalent organizational infrastructure in California and who remain ideologically skeptical of the practice itself, cannot match this.
The asymmetry is not incidental. The rules were written by the people who benefit from them.
Layered on top of this is no voter ID requirement for mail ballots and signature verification that is often rubber-stamped under pressure, and you get a system where people counting and delivering votes have more power than the voters themselves.
Democrats in California do not need to be compelling, charismatic, or responsive to constituent concerns. They do not need innovative policy, persuasive messaging, or genuine community engagement. They need an organized harvesting operation and a permissive legal framework. They have both.
Then there is the voter roll catastrophe, which is not a bug but a feature.
A recent lawsuit exposed <a href="https://nypost.com/2026/06/02/us-news/bombshell-lawsuit-exposes-873000-ghost-voters-in-california/?utm_source=twitter&amp;utm_medium=social&amp;utm_campaign=nypost">873,000</a> inactive &#8220;ghost voters&#8221; still on California&#8217;s rolls. Of those, 150,000 had been inactive for four or more consecutive elections, a direct violation of the National Voter Registration Act, a federal law that California has simply elected not to follow. Los Angeles County alone carries 5.8 million registered voters, a figure that exceeds the total population of most American states and defies every reasonable demographic analysis.
Yet the same registrar-recorder offices that get <a href="https://nypost.com/2026/06/04/us-news/inside-la-county-election-vote-counting-facility-with-rows-of-empty-desks-despite-336-million-budget/?utm_medium=social&amp;utm_campaign=nypost&amp;utm_source=twitter">$336</a> million a year (and pay top officials almost half a million) can’t keep the lists clean.
Taxpayer dollars are always being used with the utmost love, care, and respect in the Golden State.
But inflated, unaudited rolls are not just embarrassing; they are operationally useful. They provide plausible deniability for questionable ballots, make large-scale harvesting easier, and create the conditions under which late vote &#8220;discoveries&#8221; in close races appear to be administrative processing rather than manipulation.
When a system refuses to purge ghost voters but spends lavishly on ballot processing infrastructure, you are not watching negligence. You are watching strategy.
Combine all of it: voter registration at locations without ID verification, no mail ballot ID requirement, unlimited harvesting with minimal oversight, unmonitored drop boxes, ballots counted weeks after election night, and rolls packed with hundreds of thousands of legally ineligible inactive voters. The result is a system where accountability is structurally impossible to enforce, and no one trusts a darn thing.
People are not stupid. We can see what’s going on and draw rational conclusions.
If Nithya Raman ultimately surpasses Spencer Pratt, it will further fuel distrust in elections and simply certify that Los Angeles hates itself. They’d rather engineer outcomes for the political machine that built it than abide by the will of the people.
The fraud is not cinematic. There are no masked operatives rappelling into polling stations. It is drab, procedural, and conducted entirely in the open, in statutes, in nonprofit 990 filings, in late-night batch uploads, in signature verification logs that no one audits. It is legalized, systematized, and optimized.
And California is proud of it.
If they won’t change, then fine. Let them wither and rot in it. They don’t deserve Spencer Pratt or Steve Hilton.

This morning, over coffee and a croissant, Erin Houchin told me about her daughter.
Her biggest concern at 13 years old wasn&#8217;t a pop quiz or whether her crush liked her back. It was a stranger — or strangers — on the other side of a screen, circling closer.
That&#8217;s the childhood these kids have. That&#8217;s the world we handed them on a silver, gold, or rose-gold platter. 
I am a social media influencer. I post for part of my living. My entire career is built on these platforms. And I am here to tell you, with zero ambiguity, that social media is a loaded weapon in the hands of a child, and we have spent the better part of a decade handing it to them and acting surprised when someone gets hurt.
Representative Erin Houchin (IN-9) is one of the only lawmakers in Washington actually trying to drag Big Tech and the rest of Congress into the 21st century on this catastrophe. While everyone else is riveted to AI doomsday headlines and the latest geopolitical chaos, have you checked in with your kid lately? Have you actually hung out with a teenager? These kids are a mess. Zoned out, anxious, depressed, and eerily indistinguishable from one another because they all think, talk, TikTok, and dress the same way.
The algorithm is the new parent, and it is doing a spectacularly terrible job.
Houchin can&#8217;t keep playing the lone wolf here, fighting the woke Left and Big Tech. Their reasons for keeping your 13-year-old scrolling are not benign. They are mercenary. Maybe I&#8217;m just an old-fashioned woman stuck in a 24-year-old&#8217;s body, but I say we make June &#8220;Put Down the Phone and Go Outside Month.&#8221; Celebrate touching grass. Riding bikes. Reading books. Let&#8217;s give kids a few more years of actual childhood before the algorithm owns their developing prefrontal cortex, because once you&#8217;re on social media, the psychological grip is almost impossible to break.
What Houchin is doing makes total sense, and the fact that it&#8217;s stalling is concerning.
She’s a mom of three from Indiana who has watched this wreckage up close. The current federal rule, straight out of 1998&#8217;s <a href="https://www.ftc.gov/legal-library/browse/rules/childrens-online-privacy-protection-rule-coppa">COPPA</a>, sets a laughably inadequate minimum age of 13 for social media.
Thirteen. That’s when you can get on KiK and get sent <a href="http://dailywire.com/news/see-it-graham-platner-has-active-profile-on-predators-paradise-messaging-app">messages by Graham Platner.</a>
The legislation governing your child&#8217;s digital life predates the iPhone by nearly a decade. Houchin&#8217;s flagship RESET Act (H.R. 6488) would raise that floor to 16, force platforms to default to safer settings for minors, kill the dopamine-engineered algorithmic feeds, and give parents real, functional oversight. She introduced it in December <a href="https://www.congress.gov/bill/119th-congress/house-bill/6488">2025</a>.
It&#8217;s stalled, sitting in committee.
She co-led the bipartisan <a href="https://www.congress.gov/bill/119th-congress/house-bill/6333">Parents Over Platforms Act</a>, which closes the loopholes that kids, including her own daughter, exploit to bypass controls. It squeaked through the subcommittee. House Energy and Commerce Committee Chairman Brett Guthrie (R-KY) authored the <a href="https://www.congress.gov/bill/119th-congress/house-bill/7757/text">KIDS</a> Act, which includes Houchin&#8217;s two bills — AWARE and SAFEBOTs — that require warnings on AI chatbots and protect kids from deceptive bots. It cleared the House Energy and Commerce Committee in <a href="http://houchin.house.gov/media/press-releases/houchin-bills-protect-children-ai-dangers-pass-energy-commerce-committee">March 2026</a>.
Progress? Sure. But none of this is law yet. <a href="https://www.congress.gov/bill/119th-congress/house-bill/6488">RESET</a> hasn’t moved an inch. Congress is too busy grandstanding while kids’ brains quietly melt. 
And we don&#8217;t have to speculate about the damage anymore. The CDC&#8217;s 2023 Youth Risk Behavior Survey shows <a href="https://www.cdc.gov/mmwr/volumes/73/su/pdfs/su7304a9-H.pdf">40</a>% of high schoolers reporting persistent sadness or hopelessness. Twenty percent seriously considered suicide. Nine percent attempted it. Young girls are disproportionately devastated. More than three hours a day on social media doubles the risk of depression and <a href="https://www.hhs.gov/surgeongeneral/reports-and-publications/youth-mental-health/social-media/index.html">anxiety</a>. Suicide rates for teens exploded alongside smartphones, up over <a href="https://www.cdc.gov/nchs/products/databriefs/db471.htm">57</a>% from 2007 to 2017. An estimated 500,000 active predators are online daily. Forty percent of children have been approached by strangers attempting to groom <a href="https://childsafety.losangelescriminallawyer.pro/children-and-grooming-online-predators.html">them</a>. One in seven minors has been solicited for explicit images. The victims are overwhelmingly young <a href="https://ourrescue.org/resources/child-exploitation/online-exploitation/how-online-grooming-impacts-child-exploitation">girls</a>. 
 
Where is the outrage? I thought the Left hated child predators? Or do they only care when the predator&#8217;s name is Jeffrey and selectively ignore when the predator is from below the southern border or on a platform run by Big Tech? 
To be clear, no one is yanking your child’s phone out of their hand and burning it in the street. Free speech is freer than ever. Parents who decide their kid is mature enough can still grant permission. That&#8217;s the entire point of parental oversight. But the inconvenient truth is that these kids are sophisticated and sneaky little operators. They are running circles around their parents through loopholes, secondary accounts, VPNs, and borrowed devices, and hurting themselves in the process.
The law isn&#8217;t there to replace parenting. It&#8217;s there because platforms have deliberately engineered their products to circumvent it.
The ugliest dimension of this fight is that a sizable portion of the Left wants to keep that access age low precisely because they want the indoctrination pipeline wide open. Online furry spaces, LGBTABCDEFG+ echo chambers, and trans-activist corners thrive on vulnerable preteens. 
Imagine if the 16-year-old, transgender, Denver, Colorado shooter was restricted in his online access during those earlier ages and wasn’t exposed to all of that hatred and indoctrination at such an early age? Maybe things would be <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/STEM_School_Highlands_Ranch_shooting">different</a>. 
We know that algorithms push division, rage, and identity crises that turn confused kids into activists, or worse, isolated and radicalized. Social media is not neutral; it’s a culture-war supercharger creating echo chambers that breed anxiety, self-harm, and societal fractures. Some on the Left are perfectly comfortable with platforms functioning as unregulated youth indoctrination zones.
They call it inclusion. It’s not; it’s reckless exploitation with better marketing.
And to Big Tech: I genuinely wish you the best in the A.I. arms race against China. I mean it. Build great things and make America more awesome. I’m a big fan.
But your social media business model for children runs on addiction, dopamine manipulation, and harvesting data from developing brains. For children, this part is simply not a public good.
Apple, Meta, Google: build real parental controls, default them to “on,” and keep the predators and the algorithmic psychological warfare away from kids who can&#8217;t yet drive a car, sign a contract, or vote.
I vividly remember getting my iPhone 5C in fifth grade at 11 years old. This was life-changing in the best way. I could text my friends, call them, and make plans. But social media came later, so despite the phone, I still ran around outside, read actual books, had awkward face-to-face conversations with acne all over my face, and no beauty filter in sight. I experienced the profound indignity of a middle school crush who did not reciprocate. I wasn&#8217;t addicted. I was a kid. My self-worth wasn&#8217;t being quantified in likes. My sense of beauty wasn&#8217;t being calibrated against an algorithm&#8217;s highlight reel. I had the extraordinary, irreplaceable gift of boredom, and it made me interesting and interested.
We owe the next generation that same fighting chance.
Erin Houchin is in that fight. The rest of us, parents, lawmakers, social media users who know better, and yes, even the self-proclaimed &#8220;pro-children&#8221; Left, need to show up.

Welcome to politics in 2026, where that is, in fact, a sentence.
Amy Gertner (who decided to keep her last name, make of that what you will) didn&#8217;t actually negate the claims that Graham <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/see-it-graham-platner-has-active-profile-on-predators-paradise-messaging-app?author=Tim+Rice&amp;category=News&amp;elementPosition=undefined&amp;row=0&amp;rowType=Vertical+List&amp;title=SEE+IT%3A+Graham+Platner+Has+Active+Profile+On+%E2%80%98Predator%E2%80%99s+Paradise%E2%80%99+Messaging+App">sent dozens of sexually explicit text messages</a> to at least six other women shortly after the two were married in 2023. She couldn&#8217;t, because she was the one who told the campaign about it in the first place. But she did manage to say &#8220;stop hating on my husband, he&#8217;s the best, I swear!&#8221; in so few words.

During the 4:58-long video, which unquestionably did more harm than good, Gertner admitted: &#8220;This is like my 20th take. This is very hard to do. I just really wanted to make sure everyone knows Graham and I have a great marriage. Being married is hard … I don&#8217;t even know if I have the right words to describe what we&#8217;re going through. We work on our mental health every day.&#8221;
Hmm. So to summarize: yes, he cheated on me shortly after the honeymoon by sexting other women on KiK, the messaging app that&#8217;s notoriously a Welcome Mat for sexual predators, but it&#8217;s totally fine because we&#8217;re spending thousands of dollars on couples therapy, individual therapy, and counseling just three years into our marriage.
Girl power! Blink twice if you need saving, Am. 
But I digress.
I should not judge what goes on in the bedrooms (or the porta-potties) of others. And frankly, attacking Graham Platner on personal grounds isn&#8217;t moving the needle anyway. Medicare for All, breaking up monopolies, expanding government drug-price negotiations, allowing drug imports, banning pharma ads, guaranteeing &#8220;convenient&#8221; mental health access — every plank of Platner&#8217;s platform collapses under the same <a href="http://washingtonpolicy.org">structural</a> <a href="http://fraserinstitute.org">failures</a> we already watch play out in Canada and the UK in real time.
Those single-payer systems, once hailed as the gold standard of civilized governance, are now delivering rationing by waitlist. <a href="https://www.fraserinstitute.org/studies/comparing-performance-universal-health-care-countries-2025">Canada&#8217;s median wait time from specialist</a> referral to treatment hit 30 weeks in 2024 (the longest on record), with patients routinely forgoing care entirely because they simply cannot wait that long. <a href="https://www.washingtonpolicy.org/publications/detail/unacceptable-wait-times-for-health-care-in-canada-and-great-britain">The UK&#8217;s National Health Service currently</a> has over 7 million people queued for treatment, with hundreds dying weekly from ambulance delays and critical bed shortages. Emergency rooms are so overwhelmed that patients are treated in hallways. In parking lots. On the floor.
Sure, there are no out-of-pocket bills at the doctor&#8217;s office — technically. But Canadians and Brits are still paying for their below-average care, just through crushing tax burdens instead of copays. And here&#8217;s the punchline: both countries are quietly, embarrassingly, desperately moving toward private healthcare options, because their citizens are fed up with the wait times, the infrastructure collapse, and the quiet rationing of basic services.
This is what Platner wants to import to the United States. Third-grade thinking, first-class price tag.
If enacted, his plan would explode a federal budget already hemorrhaging $2 trillion annually in deficit spending by additional trillions. It would stifle the pharmaceutical innovation that makes America the engine of global medicine; the United States accounts for roughly 40% of the world&#8217;s drug pipeline and the largest share of novel medications, a direct product of our free-market economy and robust intellectual property protections. Blow that up, and you don&#8217;t just hurt Wall Street. You delay or kill the next cancer treatment, the next antibiotic, the next breakthrough that keeps people alive.
We already tried a version of this, by the way. It&#8217;s called <a href="https://www.wsj.com/opinion/obamacare-enrollment-fraud-subsidies-paragon-health-institute-cd57c385?mod=opinion_lead_pos4">Obamacare. </a>Taxpayer-funded healthcare that was rammed through without a single Republican vote and has been a boondoggle rife with fraud ever since. This year alone, at least 6.2 million people are improperly enrolled in heavily subsidized plans. According to the Wall Street Journal, taxpayers will fund up to $25 billion in improper subsidy payments this year because enrollees or their insurance agents misstated income to qualify for larger subsidies.
Progressives want this on steroids. They want the fraud supersized, the wait times nationalized, and the innovation strangled.
This is not the way. Socialist-style central planning always — always — fails. The better path forward is market-oriented reform: competitive bidding, price transparency, and deregulation that puts patients, not bureaucrats, in charge. 
Did you know you can see a doctor through Amazon now? It&#8217;s cheaper, and the wait times are shorter than Graham&#8217;s attempt at monogamy.
That is capitalism doing what it does: innovating, competing, delivering better results than any government queue ever has. President Trump is already building on this through TrumpRx, and it&#8217;s lowering costs more effectively in months than government mandates have managed in decades.
Their only counterargument: &#8220;But Healthcare is a right!&#8221;
My response: It’s not. You have a fundamental right to life. You don’t have a fundamental right to tax me over how you’re choosing to live it.
As for education, Graham virtuously signals that “we all need a decent form of it.” Does he mean the kind he received at Hotchkiss? The elite Connecticut prep school that runs over <a href="https://freebeacon.com/democrats/working-class-graham-platner-attended-elite-75k-a-year-prep-school-known-for-famous-government-alumni/">$75,000 a year?</a> The one that produces exactly the kind of man who knows how to perform blue-collar cosplay without ever having held a wrench?
The machismo man’s push for sweeping federal intervention and &#8220;universal education&#8221; from kindergarten through college would accelerate the very decline that Washington&#8217;s top-down meddling has already caused.

We are spending more and getting less because central planners with ideological agendas keep overriding the teachers, parents, and local school boards who actually know these kids.
The downstream consequences are rapidly presenting themselves in <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/the-anti-sat-experiment-isnt-going-as-planned">higher education</a>. Finally, Platner&#8217;s pledge of universal zero-dollar childcare, framed as essential &#8220;public investment&#8221; for children under six, is perhaps his most seductive promise and his most dishonest one.

Maternal depression increased, and hostile parenting patterns rose.

The people best positioned to navigate the bureaucratic enrollment system? Upper-middle-class families who didn&#8217;t need the subsidy in the first place.
Similar U.S. subsidy expansions have been riddled with billing fraud and waitlists that favor the connected and affluent, who are more likely to navigate the system. Capitalist alternatives, such as targeted tax credits, parent vouchers, and deregulated private markets, deliver higher-quality care at lower cost by letting families choose rather than trapping them in government queues.
Platner’s slogan-heavy pitch reads more like a third-grade class-president promise than a serious Senate plan, ignoring the fiscal wreckage and human costs of turning yet another sector of American life into a failed government entitlement.
Amy Gertner says Mainers want affordable gas, the ability to see a doctor when they&#8217;re sick, and the chance to send their kids to good schools and daycares while raising their families the way they choose.
Agreed. Which is why conservatives want the government and people like the grunting, grizzly Graham out of the way.
We want schools free from federal indoctrination. We want nuclear families supported, not undermined. We want an energy policy that embraces natural gas and free markets; the formula that has given states like Tennessee and Texas lower costs at the pump and stronger economies than anything a Senate candidate with a KiK account and strong Reddit presence could dream up.
The goal of governance is to make it easier for Americans to work, build families, and be left alone. Graham Platner’s entire platform is the opposite of that. A sprawling, expensive, already-failed experiment in government dependency dressed up as a creepy pseudo-compassionate couple.

“I can&#8217;t breathe.”
It&#8217;s a phrase we all know. Now it bears a different meaning.
When George Floyd <a href="https://www.kare11.com/article/news/local/george-floyd/new-court-docs-say-george-floyd-had-fatal-level-of-fentanyl-in-his-system/89-ed69d09d-a9ec-481c-90fe-7acd4ead3d04">died</a> of a fentanyl overdose in Minneapolis in May 2020, the world caught on fire. The so-called &#8220;Summer of Love&#8221; became a summer of flames, literally and figuratively. Black Lives Matter protests burned across the country for what felt like an eternity. <a href="https://www.weforum.org/stories/2021/02/2020-protests-changed-insurance-forever/">Over $2 billion</a> in insurance claims were filed for arson, vandalism, looting, and property destruction across 140 cities. Racial tensions that had been simmering for years erupted into a full boil.
All of that pain. All of that damage. All of that division.
For what?
<a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/George_Floyd">A man with nearly twenty prior arrests</a>, including aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon against a pregnant woman, died while being detained for passing counterfeit bills at a corner gas station. The Hennepin County Medical Examiner found 11 ng/mL of fentanyl in Floyd&#8217;s system. Overdose deaths have been certified at concentrations as low as 3 ng/mL. He also had hypertensive heart disease. The state&#8217;s own medical examiner <a href="https://www.cbsnews.com/minnesota/news/derek-chauvin-trial-recap-george-floyd-medical-examiner-autopsy/">implied</a> that a healthy person would likely have survived that police encounter.
Floyd complained he couldn&#8217;t breathe before he was ever placed on the ground.
None of that mattered. Political pressure, wall-to-wall, biased media coverage, and the intoxicating moral certainty of a race riot sent Derek Chauvin (a cop doing the job Minnesota police are trained to do) to prison for 22.5 years.
You couldn&#8217;t say any of this in 2020. You stood silently in traffic while activists <a href="https://x.com/i/status/2061722885706695112">used their bodies </a>as human shields. You posted the black square, or you lost your job. You paid your own reconstruction costs after your property was vandalized and looted in the name of justice. And today, you still endure the tone-deaf contempt of liberal politicians who <a href="https://x.com/rwellis2831/status/2059382108200550685">attend</a> George Floyd memorial rallies on Memorial Day, the one day set aside to honor Americans who died in actual service to this country.
Yes, Tampon Tim Little Ballz, I’m talking about you.
So imagine the cognitive dissonance, the sheer, breathtaking moral inconsistency, when those same politicians and progressive protesters, who were willing to burn down cities for their chosen martyr, go hauntingly silent as a young man bleeds out on cold gravel after being stabbed five times and ignored by the officers who were supposed to protect him.
Henry Nowak was 18 years old. A first-year finance student at the University of Southampton. <a href="https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/c62ek7lk553o">On the night of December 3, 2025,</a> he was walking home alone on Belmont Road in Portswood after a night out with friends when a weapons-obsessed Sikh, Vickrum Digwa, attacked him with an eight-inch shastar, stabbing him five times, piercing his lung, and severing a major vein behind his collarbone.
After the attack, the animal followed Henry&#8217;s blood trail with his iPhone camera rolling. He filmed the boy dying. He called his mother, who helped hide the murder weapon. His brother arrived, and together they called the police, claiming falsely that Henry had racially abused the attacker and knocked off his turban.
That lie is what killed Henry Nowak.
Because in modern Britain, police are conditioned to view every encounter through a racial lens. This is the unwritten rule: if the alleged offender is black, Muslim, or Indian, go easy. If the alleged victim is white, extend skepticism. So when officers arrived and were told, falsely, that Henry had committed a racial transgression, they didn&#8217;t rush to the aid of the bleeding teenager in front of them. They went into grievance overdrive. Believe the minority. He is, by ideological decree, the real victim, regardless of who&#8217;s actually dying on the street.
Henry <a href="https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/crlpyw05l75o">told</a> them nine times that he couldn&#8217;t breathe and four times that he&#8217;d been stabbed. The officers dismissed him, dragging him across the pavement and handcuffing him as he slowly lost consciousness and died on the cold ground.
I can&#8217;t breathe. Nine times. And not one officer moved to save him.
On May 28, 2026, the killer was convicted of murder and later sentenced to a minimum of 21 years. Twenty-one years for filming a boy bleeding to death. For having his family hide the weapon. For letting an innocent teenager die on the street while officers stood over him and did nothing. Because a lie about a turban outweighed the visible, undeniable fact of a young man dying in front of them.
Where were the protests? Where were the $2 billion in damages? Where were the politicians kneeling in kente cloth?
Silence. Complete, deliberate silence.
The Left did this.
Not with one policy or one bad actor, but with an ideology, assembled piece by piece, implemented with self-righteous conviction, and now killing people on multiple continents.
In the United Kingdom, suicidal-empathy policies carved out <a href="https://www.sikhhelpline.com/criminal-law-and-the-kirpan-in-the-uk-sikh-helpline/">legal exemptions</a> allowing Sikhs to carry ceremonial blades in public — in a country that nearly banned kitchen knives after gun confiscation produced a stabbing epidemic. And the blade exemption is just the surface. These same ideological commitments created the conditions for grooming gangs, terror plots, and the slow, methodical erosion of public safety in the name of cultural sensitivity.
London, Birmingham, and Manchester now host enclaves where radicalism festers while authorities look the other way for fear of being called racist.
In Australia, where police have also been neutered in the name of social justice, radical Muslims are <a href="https://abc7ny.com/post/australian-police-say-bondi-beach-mass-shooting-was-inspired-islamic-state-group/18291665/">shooting and killing</a> dozens while shouting “Allahu Akbar” on behalf of the Islamic State.
The Left&#8217;s pathological refusal to demand that newcomers adopt the laws and norms of their host civilization hasn&#8217;t produced tolerance.
It&#8217;s produced a suicide pact. And it&#8217;s already crossed the Atlantic.
In America, the same framework operates under different branding: racial grievance as the supreme moral currency; law enforcement as the villain; the minority perpetrator as the structural victim; the white victim as a footnote, or worse, somehow complicit in their own suffering. Police are not the problem. The ideology is the problem. The one that says melanin determines culpability, that excuses lawbreaking when it comes from the &#8220;right&#8221; communities, and that punishes citizens who notice.
The ideology doesn&#8217;t just live in university halls and police training manuals; it’s even been coded into the technology we use every day. <a href="https://abc3340.com/news/nation-world/chatgpt-goes-viral-for-choosing-global-destruction-over-using-racial-slur-openai-artificial-intelligence-chat-bot-chatbot-google">In 2023</a>, users testing ChatGPT discovered that, in a hypothetical scenario, the AI would choose to allow a civilization-ending catastrophe rather than utter a racial slur to prevent it. Programmed to place racial sensitivity above human life. Not a bug. A feature.
George Floyd&#8217;s death was seized upon, not because the facts supported a murder conviction, but because the narrative required one. A movement needed a martyr, a media apparatus needed a story, and politicians needed a cause. The facts were run over in the stampede.
Henry Nowak&#8217;s death was buried and won’t make a dent in the mainstream. Not because the facts were murky, but because the narrative had no use for him. A white finance student was stabbed by someone from a protected class, dying while police dismissed him? That story doesn&#8217;t fit. So it doesn&#8217;t exist.
This is what it looks like when racial grievance replaces equal justice. Not in theory. In practice. On the pavement. In the cold blood.
It is morally correct to be honest. It is morally correct to judge people by their actions. Not their skin, not their religion, not their protected status in the hierarchy of progressive victimhood. And it is morally correct to say, clearly and without apology, that a civilization that cannot apply its laws equally will not remain a civilization for long.
Henry Nowak said &#8220;I can&#8217;t breathe&#8221; nine times.
Nobody burned anything down for him.
That disparity is not an accident. It is a policy. And we should be furious about it.

That’s not a man preparing for the apocalypse. That’s a Tuesday afternoon in Los Angeles.
Doug Ellin, the creator of Entourage — the show that made L.A. look like the greatest party on Earth, that made a generation of young men throw their belongings in a truck and chase the dream West — had his home invaded by masked intruders. His response wasn&#8217;t a therapy session or a sternly worded letter to his city councilman. It was a small arsenal, a <a href="https://x.com/Jules31415/status/2061337093247283455">viral</a> meltdown, and the kind of raw honesty that makes comfortable people deeply uncomfortable.
&#8220;I meet people all the time that moved here because of the show that I f*cking created,&#8221; Ellin said, &#8220;and they hate it here now. HATE.&#8221;
He&#8217;s not talking about traffic. He&#8217;s not talking about high rent. He&#8217;s talking about the specific, suffocating dread of a city that has turned on its own people.
Picture the L.A. Ellin once sold to the world: rooftop pools, warm nights, the electric possibility that the next party could change your life. Now picture the Los Angeles his neighbors actually inhabit: floodlights burning at 3 AM, Ring cameras covering every blind spot, security guards on rotating shifts because the police — defunded, demoralized, and politically neutered — aren&#8217;t coming fast enough. Or at all.
&#8220;Everyone in my neighborhood has got the same problem: they&#8217;re f*cking all putting cameras and high-end security guards because we&#8217;re all getting broken into,&#8221; Ellin said. &#8220;This city has collapsed in the last 5 years. There is no f*cking denying it unless you have an agenda.”
Unfortunately, they all do. This is the agenda: remain as politically braindead as the heroin addicts terrorizing the city, vote blue until they&#8217;re bluer in the face than the zombie coke heads sleeping next to the ballot boxes, and endure the deteriorating quality of life in the name of social justice and pro-socialist &#8220;lesser evil&#8221; voting.
To discover where that agenda leads to, try walking down streets that once hosted Oscar parties. The tent cities stretch for blocks. Fentanyl zombies sway at intersections while dashcam footage of daylight smash-and-grabs floods social media. Film production, the oxygen of L.A.’s economy, the industry that built the dream, has ditched the city of angels and moved to Georgia and New Zealand. The lots are quieter. The crews are gone.
<a href="https://x.com/i/status/2052981973409513626">Six to seven people overdose and die</a> in Los Angeles <a href="https://x.com/i/status/2057564330158387374">every single day.</a> This isn’t a war zone. This isn’t a developing nation. This is the city with the most expensive real estate on the continent. A city whose mayor just spent billions to solve homelessness and produced nothing but a $1 billion deficit and a <a href="https://x.com/i/status/2060469288474210420">metastasizing crisis</a>.
Karen Bass, the incumbent mayor, promised to end those very street encampments. She failed. Then, she <a href="https://x.com/FilmThePoliceLA/status/2061108205636522046">presided</a> over the most destructive wildfire in the city&#8217;s history. She <a href="https://www.nbclosangeles.com/news/local/sb-79-housing-bill-newsom-los-angeles-oppose-karen-bass/3789876/">opposed</a> housing bills. She oversaw an exodus of film production that gutted the middle class of her own creative economy. She claims crime is down. It&#8217;s not. The <a href="https://x.com/zarathustra5150/status/2057807103834591247">reporting</a> of crime is down because victims don&#8217;t bother calling a defunded police force, and because officers are quietly pressured to reclassify felonies into misdemeanors.
The LA Times recently ran the <a href="https://x.com/latimes/status/2058565710159216840">headline</a>: &#8220;L.A. is safer than it&#8217;s been in decades.&#8221; Doug Ellin read that from behind his 16th security camera.
The paper of record and the people on the ground are living in different cities. Only one of them is real.
But journalists, politicians, and their eager ballot beavers can&#8217;t run on ideas and empty promises forever. Eventually reality catches up, far later than it does for the citizens they&#8217;ve already hurt, but eventually nonetheless.
Take Nithya Raman, the socialist third-wheel of this race. She spent years cheerfully <a href="https://x.com/i/status/2048915656385744911">telling</a> other people, smaller people, less connected people, that homeless encampments within 10 feet of their child&#8217;s school were perfectly acceptable. The progressive vanguard demands sacrifice, and she was very comfortable demanding it from everyone but herself. Until the encampments moved near her two-million-dollar gated home and her children. Then, suddenly, she found the concept of proximity unacceptable.
The word for this is cowardice. The political word for it is Democrat.
Doug Ellin was perfectly willing to bypass President Donald Trump and vote for the soft-on-crime candidate until his home was robbed. Now he has two frightening watchdogs, security cameras out the wazoo, and a shotgun at the ready.
Apparently, all it takes is a masked intruder, a drug zombie in the front yard, a slap in the face by reality, and one good dose of common sense to wake people up to the horrors of progressive policy. Otherwise, they sit idly behind the fences of their compounds, quite content to let the city rot around them.
Unfortunately, Spencer Pratt still has an uphill battle ahead of him. Though he’s simply promising cleaner streets, safer neighborhoods, and a better quality of life, L.A. progressives aren’t smart enough to see through the fog of woke war. When asked simple questions about Bass’s basura (trash) policies, they go mute, but she is black! So … #blackpride, according to <a href="https://x.com/i/status/2060385677485744469">this</a> young woman.
The same way people are ardent supporters of Graham Platner, the Nazi tattoo guy, Zohran Mamdani, the terror-sympathizer, and Bernie Sanders, the useless leech on the (B)ass of society, they will show up for Karen Bass, a Marxist-style leader who will undoubtedly Make LA Worse Forevermore.
The Left isn&#8217;t voting for a person or a policy. They&#8217;re voting for whoever imbibes from the grievance well, ignorantly abides by collectivist ideology, and cozies up to the soft Marxism that has made every city it touches worse. And they can do so while living behind gates and op-ed pages.
But for most Angelenos, the Entourage reality no longer exists in the City of Demons.
Tuesday will be telling. Los Angeles will discover whether it wants to change that or is content to watch the dream it once sold to the world collapse, one camera at a time.

Democrats Made A Living Hell Out Of The City Of Angels

America was built on a simple, radical idea: work hard, build something, and no one can take it from you. The American Dream wasn&#8217;t an apology. It was an invitation.
But today? Dream a little too big, climb a little too high, and become … dare we say it … a successful CEO or, worse, a billionaire? The modern Democratic Party will revoke that invitation and send you to the electric chair.
Pennsylvania State Representative Chris Rabb just won the Democratic primary for Pennsylvania&#8217;s 3rd Congressional District, the bluest House seat in the country. He will almost certainly be heading to Congress in January, and he’s insane.
In a 2005 blog <a href="https://www.dmiblog.com/archives/2005/12/why_gang_leaders_should_fry.html">post</a>, the Democratic darling reacted to news that 300 CEOs had earned $12 billion in pay and bonuses, declaring that corporate executives &#8220;should fry.&#8221; His exact words compared business leaders to gang members, argued their &#8220;gangs&#8221; were more destructive than the Crips or the Bloods, and announced that he was reversing his previous opposition to the death penalty so it could be used &#8220;more frequently and swiftly&#8221; against capitalist &#8220;gang leaders.&#8221;
The Democratic death penalty; never for murderers or pedophiles, but anyone who builds a company and turns a profit? Yes.
Of course, Rabb didn&#8217;t arrive at this moment alone. Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez campaigned with him. Congresswomen Rashida Tlaib and Ilhan Omar endorsed him. Congressman Ro Khanna stood beside him. And progressive activist and streamer Hasan Piker, the man who has spent years cheerleading &#8220;eat the rich&#8221; eliminationism, 9/11, and alleged killer Luigi Mangione, held rallies with him.
Again, this isn’t fringe. This is the new norm.
The Democratic Party isn&#8217;t moderating. It isn&#8217;t &#8220;evolving.&#8221; It is steering full steam ahead into radicalism. Wish death upon conservatives, Jews, capitalists, or any CEO who dares to succeed? That&#8217;s not a deal-breaker on the modern left. That&#8217;s your one-way ticket to power.
Rabb doesn&#8217;t just fit that mold. He is the mold. He&#8217;s <a href="https://freebeacon.com/democrats/far-left-house-candidate-backed-by-aoc-and-hasan-piker-said-corporate-ceos-should-fry-called-for-frequent-and-swift-death-penalty-for-ceo-gangs/">called</a> for the release of Mumia Abu-Jamal, the convicted cop-killer who murdered Philadelphia Police Officer Daniel Faulkner in cold blood in 1981, right in the heart of the very district Rabb now wants to represent in Congress. Abolish ICE, nationalize healthcare, groceries, and housing, push reparations, defund the police, and treat Israel as the enemy? Check, check, and check. Rabb hits every box on the modern Left&#8217;s radical bingo card, and he does it with a smile.
Equally hilarious and alarming is the fact that the biggest outside money boosting Rabb came from an anti-Israel super PAC funded by, you guessed it, CEOs. American Priorities spent roughly $400,000 on ads backing him — bankrolled by $1 million from Showcase Commerce CEO Mohammad Waqas and another $1 million from Silicon Valley executive Omer Hasan.
The man who wants corporate executives to &#8220;fry&#8221; built his political career on their money.
Here is what the Left gets catastrophically wrong about CEOs and the executives they despise. The top 1% of earners in America, the entrepreneurs and executives who actually generate wealth, pay over 40% of all federal income taxes. Elon Musk flooded the market with electric vehicles, built reusable rockets that slashed space launch costs, and brought Starlink internet to some of the most impoverished corners of the world. Jeff Bezos employs 1.5 million people and has built the cloud infrastructure that powers half the internet. Tim Cook leads 164,000 Apple employees whose products have saved lives, connected families, and created entire ecosystems of developer jobs.
These are not the villains of the American story. They are the authors of it.
New businesses and the leaders who scale them create the jobs, the productivity gains, and the economic growth that lifts everyone.
We can explain that to the Left. We cannot understand it for them. They don’t care to understand; they want blood.
Ocasio-Cortez knows exactly what she is doing. She is not a fringe voice anymore. She is the operational center of the modern Democratic Party, and she is steering it with confidence, while wearing a <a href="https://x.com/AlinejadMasih/status/2060079814376341755">hijab</a>. She didn’t just endorse Chris Rabb — she campaigned with him, rallied with him, and called him exactly the kind of Democrat America needs.
Because the progressives’ brand of Marxist class warfare, anti-Israel obsession, and “fry the CEOs” rhetoric isn’t a bug in today’s Democratic Party. It’s the feature. It’s the direction they’ve deliberately chosen. Safe blue seats like PA-03 are their laboratory, and Rabb is their proof of concept.
Graham Platner cheers the deaths of fellow veterans. Obama-aligned activists post images of President Donald Trump in a grave. <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/the-pied-piker-is-leading-all-the-anti-american-vermin">Piker</a> celebrates a man accused of murdering a healthcare executive and openly wishes for capitalist blood. Mamdani is a terror-apologist. And now a man who called for killing corporate leaders is headed to Congress with the Democrats’ full blessing.
This is not a party in transition. It is not moderating. It is not &#8220;finding its way back.&#8221; It is sprinting, deliberately and proudly, toward a politics that treats success as sin and demands blood as penance.
November will be telling. But honestly, they have already told us everything we need to know.
